I bought some extra wide headbands from dollar store to keep my sheets neat. Just cut of that piece that scrunches it together.

Brain rewiring?
I've read several articles that mention how long term use of GLP-1's can rewire your brain so it can become easier to deal with cravings, food noise, overeating, etc. Any thoughts on that?
