Last year alone Vinted made £54 million in profit. Question why can't they invest in good customer service that actually works. It defeats me.
Recently got these on Vinted. I bought them the moment I saw them let alone they were going for £12. They look beautiful and still have so much life left in them. However, I noticed that the sole on the heel is hard and as such does not grip well to the ground almost like sliding. is this common with these or is it due to age? secondly how best can I clean then while maintaining the feel and colour. thx.
On few occassions, I would strike conversation even asking them about the shoes. At times I would just nod my head in appreaciation. In all instances there is some kind unspoken respect even if nothing is said.
Vinted should make it mandatory for sellers to declare smoking/ pets at home.
Just bought a book I've been looking for for a long time. As soon as I opened it I almost fell lol. The stench of smoking was just next level. Considering this is an old book I believe it has been exposed to smoke for a while. I'm still contemplating returning it or airing it out.
Surprised to read that the 1461 Shoe, Adrian Tassel Loafer and Mary Jane, now account for 31% of group revenue. I would have thought the 1460 would have been up there too. https://www.rte.ie/news/business/2026/0519/1574104-dr-martens-turnaround-gathers-pace-as-profits-jump-61/
Bought a watch that SNAD. Raised it now have pay for the return shipping. Find it odd.
Have seen this posted here and if I remember item was sold. Them boom same picture shows up having been re-uploaded in the last 2 hours. Maybe I'm missing something.
After 5 years of Spotify I decided to move exclusively to YT music partly because of the bundle with YouTube. I cant stand YouTube ads and it didn't make sense having a separate Spotify as a stand alone sub. My biggest issue now YT music algorithm either sucks or it has not yet understood my music preferences. It's been 6 months since the switch and I keep wishing I had Spotify. At some point it was so bad that I endured Spotify ads.
Question is will it get better over time or Spotify is just hands on superior? Are there any suggestions on how I can make it work for me. It will be unfortunate if I have to pay for both Spotify and YT music. TIA
I was a bit worried about the plaforms considering I'm already tall. But boy was I wrong. I love them and can see them fitting my style.
Now on my 5th pair and going strong. They are so vesatile and beautiful. Do you agree?
