Identifying a person who wants a relationship and not just sex; possible?

I know a friend who dates seemingly wholesome women. After a couple of dates, the women initiate sex and they do it. Next thing you know the women is ghosting him. Maybe it never gets to sex. It is confidence and self-esteem damaging. This happens to him far too many times to be coincidental. He is looking inside himself to find where he is making mistakes but he should not eliminate the possibility there is people out there who claim to want a relationship, and are on forums like this stating as much that men/women only want sex, or are not interested and they themselves cry that they are unique and want the relationship yet here we are. Both sides are not realistic. What is the solution for this?!

Unlikely as it may be, how do I ask big city law enforcement to investigate a few cars which use my block as a decibel contest

I already asked for enforcement by my local PD via email. They placed a speed meter on the street. But I did not say they were speeding so it probably accomplished nothing and the cars are still doing it. My plan is to ask law enforcement to act as a peace maker while I go to the suspect(s) front door and tell them to stop operating the vehicle in its condition. Maybe the cop will see the expired tags and/or hear the ear bleeding muffler which is almost certainly illegal.

I don't understand how to trim beard (w/ clippers or without) immediately below jaw but above neck. My beard is 1/4-1/2 inch at most.

When trimming my cheeks first with the grain I am left with a pocket of beard hair on the neck that the clippers seem to not grab. Even with tilting head back and trimming w/ grain horizontally. Is there a better technique? Do I need to explain in more detail or do others run into this issue? I usually have been trimming against the grain horizontally but then left with a stark length difference. With the grain trim leaves me with a literal neck-beard ha ha.

Waking up after four hours in the night and feeling refreshed, then feeling dead tired in the afternoon

As my title stated this my typical sleep pattern. I do not smoke or drink. I am under 50. Maybe worry or noise wakes me up but it is not significant enough to disturb others. Either way I cannot go back to sleep all the while knowing if I do not go back to sleep I will feel tired later that day.

I go to bed at 10PM and get up around 2:30AM most days. I seldom use my phone in bed and for the most part follow proper sleep hygiene happens (going to bed at the same time, dark room, white noise, no caffeine after 10am. Eating habits are good. I want to speak with a doctor again about insomnia but previously they told me don't worry about it unless I get less than 4 hours. I think that is wrong.

Does my typical sleep pattern happen to anyone else and how do you cope?

Dear drivers with noisy exhaust vehicles, I hate you. I am looking forward to your inevitable fix it ticket. No one can relax in their home with the window open without listing to your racket. No one is impressed by you.

Does anyone else hoard ideas and information. It does not have to be a physical book.

I have ADHD but I also have a lot of books. When I am not acquiring books to own I sometimes visit the library and rapidly task switch. It manifests itself as thinking of a topic, looking it up, making a record or mental note of an attribute, then task switching again. Repeat. It is annoying because nothing gets accomplished. Meanwhile I own books but I have gotten better and just use the library now. But still have the overwhelming need to collect these ideas or experiences of finding a book. There is this rush when in the action of information hoarding.

Dear Mozilla, do we really need a download header which takes up 1/3 of the viewable area?

Can I and if so how do I implore my California big city law enforcement officers to attend to frequent noise disturbances (loud muffler) by a plethora of vehicles at mostly random hours?
