What's your favorite reggaeton album title?

Simple question, but I'm curious.

I haven't listened to much reggaeton over the years, but I'm slowly getting into the genre.

One thing I've noticed is that some album titles are surprisingly good. They feel memorable and really set the mood before you even press play.

Personally, I love Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va A Pasar Mañana and Un Verano Sin Ti.

What are your favorites?

More images from the brief era when anime had Frutiger Metro edits

The first picture was my computer wallpaper back in the day.

I'm not sure if the second one is fully Frutiger Metro or just has a bit.

I actually just stumbled across the third one by chance.

I want to know the names of these moe-style characters. ChatGPT isn't helping

I found these anime pictures on my old Facebook account. I posted them back in 2012 because I thought they were really cute, but I never knew their names. I'm still wondering who they are after all these years. I know these anime are probably really old, but I'd love to find out. I'd really appreciate any help! ✨

Old pic from my anime facebook era. Circa 2012. I forgot this even existed

Enhanced since the original was super low-res and blurry

Can you heal from CPTSD if you're poor?

I've been thinking about this a lot lately.

About a year ago, I talked to someone who also has CPTSD. They had a psychologist, a psychiatrist, and a therapist. A whole support team.

I remember just thinking, wow.

I'm low income. I can barely access mental healthcare.

Talking to them felt strange because it felt like we weren't even in the same chapter. They had already been in therapy for years, while I was only beginning to understand what was happening to me.

The gap between us felt enormous.

A lot of my trauma comes from growing up poor and from structural issues.

Sometimes I wonder if healing looks different when you're constantly worried about survival. People with money often have access to things I've never had, and I can't help but think that changes the way you cope.

I also don't know if I'll ever leave the area I grew up in. Even if I could, I'd be leaving behind the only community I know and the only environment I've learned to navigate.

So I keep asking myself:

Can you really heal from CPTSD if you're poor?

Can you heal if you're mostly on your own?

What actually helps when therapy isn't something you can consistently afford?

I'd really like to hear from people who have lived through this.

25 [F4A] The strange need to just talk

I want to talk to someone. I haven’t had a real conversation with anyone in a while, I’m in intense isolation mode and I’ve been craving talking to someone so badly I can’t even stand it anymore lol.

I’ve never felt this hungry for interaction before. I remember I swore I would never talk to anyone from Reddit again and now here I am 😭

Honestly, I don’t even really want to talk about anything specific… or maybe I do, I don’t know. It’s just for entertainment, I guess. Just to see what comes out of it. I’m doing this for fun.

offering: Spanish, seeking: any language except English

hi everyone

I’m not looking to practice English specifically, but rather to connect with other languages and cultures.

I feel a bit overwhelmed by how much of my daily content is in English, so I’m trying to step a little outside of that and explore other languages more intentionally.

I’m mainly here for light, casual conversations and cultural exchange. Nothing heavy or intense just relaxed chats about everyday life, hobbies, interests, or anything simple and fun.

Just to be clear, I’m only looking for short-term interactions while I’m learning and exploring.

If that sounds okay to you, feel free to reach out :)

Gracias.
