I'm a trans man who has been out for six years, and still have yet to go to a barber shop. The women at Great Clips just don't get that I'm trying to look masc and this last time they ended up making my hair look horrible and feminine. I'm not on hormones, but I do look masculine presenting.

I live in Indiana, and there's a barbershop next to a bunch of LGBTQIA+ friendly businesses, and they say they're inclusive and do cuts for kids with Autism. I really want to go here but I have no idea the etiquette or anything. I've never stepped foot in a barbershop.

I'm scared they're gonna say they only cut mens hair and I'll have to explain myself. But all I want is a shave round the back and sides. Do they have counters that a guy will stand at waiting for people? Its walk-in only. Do they talk a lot? Or is that like a per person thing?

Please help, and I'm sorry if thats too much context.

Looking for fictional books about lonely robots, such as a Mars Rover or Wall-E. Even something like the "Can't Help Myself" art piece. Having to continuously do something over and over while learning about loneliness and/or being constantly watched by humans and trying to understand them.

I can't seem to find much in my searches so seriously thank you to anyone who can find something that fits the bill.

Looking for space films about saving Earth, returning to Earth, loving the Earth. Not super action packed, please no long series of movies about constantly being in space. Earth has to be a main point.

I'm looking for space movies specifically about saving Earth. Not too action packed, but more about life outside of Earth and realizing how important saving our world is.

Obviously have already watched Project Hail Mary and Elio. I don't want super dark suggestions (hence the kid title) or long series of movies about different universes. I want the main focus to be Earth. Animated preferred but not required!

I've been dealing with power outages like crazy lately and I figure I could pass the time by listening to the records I never have time for.

What is the best (but still decently priced) battery operated turntable on the market now?

I'm mostly looking for something I can put batteries in rather than rechargeable. I've seen the Victrola Revolution GO and I'm disappointed in the style (imo it looks so ugly, but I'll get it if its worth it).

I've been looking for hours, and don't know where to look. Trying to find something just for the random power outages we get due to storms, and the 2 I already have need plugged in.

Rewatching waiting for s10, and I have a question about Bobby's black book. We all know he threw it out when he went out with Athena, but has anyone any guess on when he hit the 148 mark?

I think it would be really sweet if his 148th was one of the 118. Like Buck at the bombing? Anyway does anyone know??

Edit- he was at 62 in s1, I believe when he talks to hot priest. He only needed 86 more people in 7 seasons.

Did anyone else notice when Buck stole the firetruck and was hooking up with the snake hoarder, that the building was in a school zone?

Which means if Bobby didn't find him but say, Athena or any other cop, Buck could be an offender 😬
