Got selected for GET role in HCL. It was on-campus, cleared the hackathon etc as well. For BGV and onboarding process and all, all my batchmates have received calls only on thrusday. 3 weeks consecutively. This week no one has received from our college.
Just wondering if it was just our college, or no calls have been made on this day!
Please Comment if you have received the onboarding as well

So the onboarding process has started and some of my college mates have received the joining. What I have noticed is, it is only happening on thrusday!

The joining locations given are different, some are given as Hyd and some chennai. But I am confused of the location.

1. Can I request HR to give me some specific location?

2. If I get xyz location, would it be bound to internship only? or like FTE in some other city?

3. If yes, Can I request HR during internship of the preffered location

I would really appreciate the answers from our seniors who have completed the GET hiring last years!

I have an agency where we sell digital services to our clients.
I want to start outreach, I actually started. But im unsure

Direct suggestions from outreach agencies who already have exp in this field is much appreciated.
Because outreach using cold calling, emailing, DM is the toughest job of sales.
Constant rejection can break anyone's heart at once.
So i need guidance , I want to go long in this journey.

The people there supported alot , and help me land my first 2 clients. But things after that has been a pretty flat. I am right now unable to understand how can i approach business.

At first I thought , maybe calling them one by one would be best. Which i did for some day, and failed. No success there. Then i thought that i should go forward and visit the shops and businesses physically, but i dont know. Unable to get that courage

This post is done after too many setbacks.
I with my friend started a real estate marketing agency, but we are stuck at a point that
we are unable to get any flats , projects , farmhouse, villa anything to shoot
even for free.
We are trying to build our portfolio, but all we did was had one free shoot.

We are totally confused, a help, a suggestion, a referral anything would work.
We are trying our level best, i got my 2-3 acc banned on reddit because it thought i was spamming.

I saw a new startup in our same niche , noida based. They end up having 3 monthly retainer booking just in time of 3 days. That too at 15k inr.
We are motivated to see that, but in the same place we are unable to understand how to proceed.
