So basically, I am looking to play pcvr in msfs, and skyrim with mgo mod. Also like isnt the 9070xt the smae or better than the 7900xtx becasue of the new encoders. SO anyone with experince pls answer. I also have a quest 3s, and will mostly be playing wirelessly. SO like is the new encoders thing a deal breaker, or is the 24gb vram just worth it. Thanks

I know that Nvidea is "better" for vr, but like it surely cant be that much better. I recently saw a video from Marakosot78, comparing the 2 and they were similar. I also know that the 9070xt has a low memory bandwidth of 640gb/s, compared to like 900gb/s on the 5070ti. Like i mean is that reallly important, I mean i would like playing on at least ultra or mostly godlike settings on VD on my quest 3s, so is the performance lost just like 5fps, or is it lots of micro stutters and more fps lost, shimmering etc. Also ive seen fsr 4, and it is impressive, I would say. So is the gap between dlss 4.5 and fsr 4 that big in vr, can you really notice the differnce or not? Also arent the 9070xt's encoders like just as good as nvideas, or is there still artifacts, etc?(also i have i7-14700, 32gb ram) (the price differnce is also like 350$ USD, 500$ AUD, 260Uk Pounds.

Hi lads, I recently just got a 9070 xt for me, and I am about to get a vr headset. Since I upgrading from a lower range gpu, i still really liked skyrim, and now I want to play it with the mgo 4 mod in vr. Can you lads pls tell me how it peforms in vr with how much fps, or I mean I still have a chance to return it and get the 5070 ti (also if yoyu have experince with either of these cards in skyrim vr can you pls tell me. Im new to the skyrim world, so like what would you say a good gpu for skyrim vr on a quest 3s would be. RN i am looking at either a 9070 xt or a 5070 ti, like whats the difference between the two in vr, and from what ive seen dlss and fsr are about the same now. Also if there is a differnce in fps how much is it, like if it is 5fps, shouldnt the clear choice be the 9070 xt becasue it is 280 USD cheaper? Anyways I have a intel i7-14700f, would you say that is good enough for gaming, becasue like on flat screen 4k benchmarks it performs very or exactly similar to a 7800x3d. Hey everyone im pretty new to overclocking and stuff. So Im sking like if you buy. gming oc it is like 7-8% higher in boost clock, but the windforce is like stock or smt. I tried searching it up online, but i got even more confuzed. So does that mean you can also overclock the windforce to like 7-8% higher than stock. And if so, what is the differnce between the two cards and why does one come with. higher clock and the other dosent. Or is the gaming oc ctully quicker and better than the windforce. So i really want to make my final descision now, based on your guys responses, but i am leaning towards teh 9070 xt becasue it is about 400-500 AUD cheaper. (316usd, 236 uk pound, 273 euros). I am deciding whether i should get a 7900xtx, a 5080, or a 5070 ti for high quality vr, the 7900xtx or 5070 ti are the same price (1000$ aud), while 5080 is 200$ more expensive (aud). Right now leaning towards Nivida becasue most people says the encoders are better, but if i go with the 7900xtx i will get 24gb vram compared to 16 on the 5070ti. The 9070 xt is kind of maybe, i will probaly not get it. i am mainley deciding between the 7900xtx or the 5070 ti. I will mostly be plying sim games like msfs 2024; car games like asetto corsa or automobilsta. i will also probaly be playing uevr games like cyberpunk, jedi fallen order and gta. ALSO I would also like to play these games at high or ultra settings, at min 72fps or 90fps. ALso my cpu is a intel i7-14700f, windows 11, 32gb ddr4 ram. Again thanks everyone in advance
