Rider tagged the parcel as delivered and has the proof of delivery right - iniwan lang nya sa gate yung parcel as he claimed. No call, no text, not even knocking. May mga tao po sa bahay and nakatambay sa sala, the door is just literally there so definitely merong makakareceive.
I reported to Shopee na rider marked parcel as delivered pero no one received it nung 07/17. Fast forward a couple of days, rider keeps messaging and calling me, demanding na i-tag ko na as delivered yung parcel and babayaran na lang nya out of pocket kasi naka-suspended sya because of my report.
I really didn’t want to do the refund from his own pocket thing kasi I wanna go sa proper channels. So i declined and asked na ipadaan sa shopee na lang yung refund.
HOWEVER, Rider got impatient siguro and may be guilt tripping me - saying na nag-immediate resignation na sya lol
I REALLY DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY PARCEL, maintenance and housekeeping didn’t get it, and nobody else received it on our behalf.
Parcel costs less than 1k pero kasi it came from overseas and crucial part ng WFH and TV set up.
Reported it to Shopee pero wala kwenta and just dismissed the case. Tried the refund route din twice but got rejected.
I just want my parcel or be compensated sa hassle 😕
Facts:
I think it was kinda weird na sinasabi nya madami nawawala sa condo namin and inaabonohan nila many times. Then suddenly, he would resign na lang daw when I didn’t agree to his “supposed payment”. Want nya i-mark ko na as delivered yung parcel despite not getting the supposed refund or item man lang. no one will steal it din since this is the first time this happened. Nagpadala kami ng laptops/monitors, and other pricier items w/o this incident.

Particularly to ask ano ang process & if there’s a fee if mag-apply kami for change of wifi ownership (not relocation). Wifi is still under lock in period which can be tricky.
I already contacted several people pero all they do is tell me i still have to pay a hefty fee equivalent to the pre-termination payment or offer me their assistance in creating a new pldt acc. Some say no fee at all.
Could’ve done this myself but i work a lot up until saturdays and we’re super far from a service center.

Lilipat na po ako ng unit due to work relocation but nasa lock-in period pa po yung PLDT wifi ko (one year out of the three years). Nag-ask po yung landlord ko about potentially transferring the wifi ownership na lang.
May transfer fee po ba sya? Pre-termination fee ko po is aabot ng 8k (more or less, and sayang po kasi)

Want to ask for advice po sana.
Recently, we viewed a unit and agreed to get the unit in exchange for a one pet policy, no problem if lalabas ang pet namin (ilalakad sa gated community, etc).
We gave an initial deposit in cash in good faith and landlord says they will draft a contract the day after pagkauwi. Only tore a piece of paper stating we paid the initial deposit and left us the key
Now, they told me bawal ilabas ang pet to avoid problems w/ management. We want to cancel it, and maybe get part of the deposit back and just pay an inconvenience fee.
I know its our fault na nag-pay kami agad on the get go but we really liked the unit (in terms of location and super limited kasi ng slots).
No contracts were signed and no ID were sent.
