mods don't remove the post😭🙏 concerned about my skin

Yesss, I finally learnt swimmingggggg! 🥹💃(24days later!)

And yes l my barrier is now ruined and tanned af😭😭

I used Neutrogena Dry Touch sunscreen before getting into the water and washed my face right after. Still, my face has become noticeably darker and, more importantly, really uneven.

I was literally walking down the street when one of my professors asked me if I had applied some kind of mask on my face.

YES. THAT HAPPENED. 😭

And it wasn't even sunny. It was rainy season. I was literally swimming in the rain. Apparently my skin does not believe in weather forecasts.

Even my mom has noticed how much I've tanned and asked me to stop swimming. At an event, she also made sure to inform our relatives, including the potential mother in laws 💀, that I was learning swimming and hence had tanned.

My hands are now dark brown/blackish, my legs are very chocolatey brown, and my face is especially uneven. I have random brown patches/spots along with some lighter-looking areas, so I don't know whether this is simply tanning, irritation, or barrier damage or just my skin.

And my lips pigmentation 😭

I've stopped swimming now, so I'm not looking for advice on how to continue swimming. I basically want to fix the damage and get my skin looking more even before college starts in about 2 months.

What I currently have:

\\- Bioderma Creme Derm

\\- Simple face wash

\\- Neutrogena sunscreen

\\- Re'equil Ultra Matte sunscreen

\\- Vaseline Pink tub for lips

Glycolic acid for arms/legs

Ordered

\\- Aziderm 20%

\\- Planning to get The Ordinary Niacinamide 10%

What I'm looking for is more of a phase wise approach:

Phase 1: Barrier repair. What should I use and for how long?

Phase 2: Once my skin is stable, what should I introduce for the uneven tone/tan and pigmentation?

And separately, what should I do for the dark lips?

I don't want a 15-step routine or 10 different actives. I just want a simple plan that actually makes sense and won't make things worse.

Swimming and tan can never not exist in a single sentence for me. (HELP!)

Its 1:43 AM and l am done researching ( MBA COLLEGES!!!!) scored 59

BMSCE vs MSRIT.

I am confused about which college is better.

My expectations and priorities to choose a college is:

* Good crowd ( broad minded and driven not nerdy jeez)

* Exposure

* Brand value!

* Time to develop skills ( and my start up) outside college hours

* Not so strict ( like that pes management 😭 bruh I found the college starts from 8 and all, like tf)

* Allowing me to go to inter college and other events!!!!!!

And I know, you might ask me regarding placement, seeing the job market, I think it's on us alone now, so that's the reason it's not on my list. I don't care about it, need the brand value only. (Yeah, some of my friends call me mad for thinking this)

Simple facewash, Bioderm moisturizer and requil sunscreen

I am ok with used products ( barely used once kind😭👆)

I have been going to swimming and my skin barrier has been compromised due to chlorine

Niacinamide serum too if possible ( less priority tho)

How is pes mba, hearing mixed reviews?

Yes, as the title, l have scored pretty decent in the pgcet mba this year ie 2026, and might get govt seat.

So I wanted to ask how is pes for mba?

I heard it's pretty strict, which is something l don't want, l am working on my startup so maybe l would need so time there, anyways, my only criteria is:

- good crowd (diverse, ambitions and smart)

- good faculty ( supportive and not sadistic)

Bas, l feel placements are on me completely.
