What’s the best advice for me. I recently started as a seasonal gwa at my local fdc/bdc and I love working here. The hours my schedule everything about it is what I was looking for while in college. What should I do to lock in this position full time? (I asked some of my co workers and they say only like 15% stay)(I was hired roughly a month ago with 3 others and the batch before me started maybe a month and a half before)
