How to stop "trying hard" with SATS and return to the natural state of effortless manifestation?
Hi everyone,
I fully believe in the Law because I’ve experienced it firsthand. Before I even knew what Neville Goddard or SATS was, I effortlessly manifested both a career opportunity and my ex (to clear up any confusion: I manifested him into my life before we ever met, not after the breakup). Back then, I used to fall asleep watching TV, feeling completely fulfilled, naturally assuming the state of having a boyfriend and a job. It happened so naturally.
Fast forward to now: after the breakup and my contract ending, I feel stuck. I’ve read Neville’s work repeatedly, but the moment I consciously try to apply SATS or "live in the end," it feels forced. I end up in a loop of overthinking, desperation, and checking for 3D results.
On top of that, I’m struggling with the physical practice of SATS:
- When I lie on my back to loop a scene, I force it too much and can't fall asleep at all.
- When I turn to my side (my natural sleeping position), I struggle to hold the visualization.
(If you'd like to read the full context and background story, I shared a longer post about it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/manifestation_support/s/06ZJmClJBZ )
For those who have transitioned from over-complicating/trying too hard back into that effortless flow:
- How do you shift from "trying to manifest" SATS into actually feeling the naturalness of the scene without forcing it?
- How do you handle SATS when lying on your back keeps you awake, but side-sleeping makes visualizing harder?
- How do you truly drop the state of lack when the 3D currently feels overwhelming?
Any perspective shifts or practical tips would mean a lot. Thank you!
