QBI in Reg - how much should you know?

The sims are very tricky. Should I just move on? I read on the sub that many said it’s not an important topic.

Looking for a fun destination in June

22M, based out of the east coast of United States. I start a new job in July so I wanted to plan a vacation beforehand.

Flights to Europe are outrageous and it’s sort of last minute for that. I’m considering going to a few national parks in the US with 2 of my friends. I also have not been to the West coast of the US before so that’s something to consider.

I am also open to solo traveling. I would also be very open to visiting lesser known destinations. I’m considering a 7-10 day trip and my budget is around $1500-$2000.

Any recommendations would be helpful.

Need 150 for start date.

Initially applied for CPA exam with less than 150 credits. I have some transfer credit discrepancies but from my understanding the CPA board counts credits based off where the university credits were earned and not transferred.

I tallied up my credits from several different universities and was at 143. I just obtained the last 7 credits recently to be at 150. Will recruiting/hr give me a hard time with me proving I have 150 credits?

Title.

22 year old college grad, I recently totaled my 2005 Camry. It had 200k miles on it and I need to replace the transmission which I genuinely cannot justify the replacement price for a car almost my age.

I start working in July with a 104k salary. I honestly do agree that buying a older, cheaper reliable car is the more financially sound advice but I’m in a tricky spot.

I have about 7000 in emergency funds and no student loans. I don’t think spending 5000-6000 is enough to get a used car that will be worthwhile and last several years.

I’m thinking about leasing a car since I don’t have enough capital to buy something good yet but I know I will have inflows coming in soon. If I was to estimate, my monthly take home would be 6300 after taxes. I don’t anticipate moving out in the next year or two so I don’t really have any expenses.

Specifically for the lease I would look to try to get something in the 400/month range.

22 years old recent college grad. My used car broke down today and it’s basically totaled. I have about 6000 in emergency funds I could use at the moment. I start working full time in July with a 100k salary.

I am inclined to lease a car considering the idea that I don’t think it’s a great investment financing a depreciating asset. Of course I understand the benefits in most cases but I don’t think it makes sense in my case.

I don’t have any real expenses, and I don’t see myself moving out of my parents house anytime soon. Should I proceed with leasing something? My rationale is I can have something safe and reliable for the upcoming years. By the time the lease is up, I would have plenty of savings to re analyze my car situation.
