Hey, new in Bangalore, very confused. Until now we either kept garbage outside at 6 in the morning, or left it down at night for the truck to get it in the morning.

They made us give 50 ruppees a month, which then turned into 100, completely fine it's okay but i put garbage down very rarely .ik some people are against it, I'm against it, but I had no choice but to comply.

But I'm so confused on why they can't take the garbage? I'm not trying to be disrespectful in any way, I'd suck at their job, they work hard. But is this allowed?

The room is spacious and comes with a wardrobe, and you'll have your own attached bathroom with a geyser. Just a heads-up: the bathroom has an Indian style toilet.

✨ Monthly Costs:

• Rent: ₹7,500/month (your half)

You'll have to pay the rent for July if you move in before or on july

• Water filter: ₹275/month (half of ₹550)

• Electricity: Depends on usage (we have the Gruha Jyothi scheme, so it's usually quite reasonable)

✨ Move-in Costs:

• One-time setup charge: ₹5,000 (non refundable)

• Security deposit: ₹15,000 (7.5k for your half of painting charges and 7.5k for your half of the last month's rent!)

The apartment is fully set up already, so you literally only need to bring your clothes and personal belongings. There's also a wooden pellet bed in your room if you want! We already have a fridge, washing machine, sofa, water filter, kitchen essentials, cookware, utensils, and pretty much everything you'd need to live comfortably and make the place feel like home. ✨

A very important part of the house: I have 3 cats 🐱💕 They're super calm, quiet, and friendly. The only thing I ask is that you're careful with doors and windows so they don't accidentally sneak out.

The owner is genuinely very chill and doesn't interfere or randomly show up.

A little about living together: I'm pretty easygoing and want this to feel like your home too, not just mine. I'm not strict about lifestyle choices and I don't want anyone feeling like they're walking on eggshells. ❤️

That said, I've had a few rough roommate experiences in the past, so I'd love to chat a bit before finalizing anything, just so we can get a feel for each other and make sure we'd be comfortable sharing a space.
