Just did murph, what could be a murph like workout that hits all the parts that murph doesnt

I’m trying to alternate a workout every other week with murph, still feel sore on my back, quads, chest

I’m looking for a complimentary workout I could do on odd weeks to hit all the parts that murph doesn’t.

So far I just got 20 lbs weighted leg raises.

Also, I tried some exercises that won’t work with my vest (pike pushup just has my vest slide off) so with that in mind, what would you do?

Based on LOOKS ALONE. I know...... I know.... people want to smoke and know the terps to choose(and I agree), but I’m not asking you for your opinion on how you pick keepers. These all have terps and strong structure so I just want your vote on which 2 you would want to grow. I started with 18, weak structures and lack of terps have already been cut. These are the best 8 left and I have smoke reports coming back to me in a couple of months. These all have been cloned and rooted and I’ll wait until I have all the smoke reports back before deciding but public opinion will also be definitely be factored in.

Trying to narrow down to just two. I started with 18, weak structures and lack of Terps have already been cut. These are the best 8 and I have smoke reports coming back to me in a couple of months.
