So I’ve been doing great the passed two months handling my outbreaks and then as well do we feel better and stop or start missing doses. Well that happened and for about a week maybe a week and half I felt better didn’t order anymore smh now I had sex Saturday and I felt a little friction on my labia minora but felt better not to long after. Then Monday I wore underwear ( thong) that was in the dryer with a new scented dryer sheet. I typically use ALL free and clear but was in a money crunch so I went cheap. Well I sat for 8 hours in a scented thong and leggings on for work and by 12 pm Monday I could feel my labia minora burning! Which typically happens when it’s a start of an outbreak for me. My question is was it the scented dryer sheet that caused my OB?!? Can that happen?
Sooo I’m a single mom of 2. We all know how expensive things are nowadays. Myself and my other two co workers feel the same on this as we are in our 30s and the remaining ladies are in their 50s and have been with the company for 12-20 years. Also the one lady did say if we wanted to contribute let her know and which I did. I never said an amount she never told me the amount before purchasing. If a coworker wanted to get flowers for another coworker who’s grandmother passed away in which I don’t see ever and only met once or twice in the office ( we go in on different days) and goes ahead and purchased the flowers without telling us before hand how much it would cost. She then goes to send an email telling us how much it would cost each which is $30 per person and that’s 9 people. That’s $270! For someone I don’t know and started a year ago. The person who bought it and planned this doesn’t even know the girl. I’m just so mad and don’t know what to do cause she should have consulted with us about the cost and didn’t. One girl can’t put any money in so my other co worker is doing it for her. So technically my coworker could have bought cheaper flowers…. So now I don’t want to spend $30 I’ll do $15 the most but I have a conscience that they will talk about me behind my back like they did the other girl. What should I do?
I’m wondering if anyone has had this experience. So my sons father and I were together for a few years till around 2022 I decided to call it quits I couldn’t deal with the gambling and obsession over women. I was taking Andrographis extract 8000mg for a week since online says you shouldn’t take it as a long term supplement. I felt great on it and my sickness shortened and less symptoms. Does anyone use dove sensitive bar soap inside their labia majora ? NOT where the pee hole is obviously I just use water. Does anyone use unscented soap at all down there or soap in general? Or do you just clean the outside hairy area with soap and use water for under the lips?
Is it possible to have high energy but not a lot of stress? I personally don’t take anxiety meds cause I like the running around and feel like those meds will make me do much less. It’s like a worry high. Also I think that will make me stress and have an outbreak. I’m trying to figure out what is exactly causing my outbreaks since I haven’t have any in 2/3 years. I recently got back with my son’s father. So sex may the issues but wasn’t a long time but then again I’m more stressed now with a house, kids, bills. TBH in 2024 I had a DUI ( my first) and obviously had to be clean off alcohol, weed vape and had zero sex and felt the freaking best vagina wise. I had an outbreak that lasted awhile but I used lysine and zinc and then butt paste with high zinc on the sores to dry them out. I know believe I have another outbreak so soon as I’ve been taking lysine every day since the last one cleared up. Does this mean I need to bite the bullet and just order expensive prescription meds for my outbreak ?

Not even white heads/ pimples. They are flat bright red sores all the same color not yellow in the middle either. I can’t tell if this is an outbreak or did I rug burn my lip by working out. I literally just got over an outbreak. Also my labia minora is bright red.
