Californians: Is this accurate?
Do Californians really have this attitude toward earthquakes?

We know Chandler was a steady smoker before the series starts and we see him smoke at least 5 times at various points. He essentially admitted to hiding cigarettes in the apartment. Do you think he actually smoked the whole time? From what I know (which isn’t much), it is a hard habit/addiction to quit.
If so, when did it die? If not, please list some good contemporary grunge bands?
I saw a recent picture of Miley Cyrus and thought of Ross.
My employer’s IT department recently updated MS Office for our company. One thing I’ve noticed lately is that I’ll search something and it will show me search results for something entirely different. Like I’ll search “Xxx.” And in small print it will read:
Showing results for Xxy. No results found for Xxx.
How can I get it to stop? Such a stupid idea.
What are some of your best jump scares in cinematic history?
The throwing stars Batman has used in virtually every iteration in comic books, cartoons, and movies looking really cool. But, are they really good practical weapons? Was there one that was more memorable or effective in your opinion? Were there any stupid ones?
Which one do you prefer?
Do you like it? Why or why not? I put it on as white noise while I’m working on my computer at home.
Just from their touring days. So, you can choose any of the songs he sung (they don’t have to be original to the Beatles) from the Please Please Me album to Rubber Soul.
Btw, I know Revolver was released before they stopped touring, but they did not perform any of those songs on stage, so I don’t count it. They had already moved into a 100% studio mentality by that point.
I’ll start with “Think For Yourself.”
I mean the way Joyce was looking at Hopper here… I kind of get the sense Sean Astin played it off like Bob was so distracted by all the other stuff in the cave that he didn’t notice. What did you think?
I think my top 3 (in no particular order) are Hey Bulldog, Something, and Rain. Btw, it doesn’t have to be Paul. For example, I think the bass line on Oh Darlin’ is pretty good and I believe it was played by George.
Anthony Hopkins is a great actor with a lot of films under his belt. But, everyone talks about his role as Hannibal the most. Tell me some of his other roles you really like.
At the end of WofK, someone decided the best thing to do was to stuff Spock’s body into a photon torpedo and shoot him to the Genesis planet. ??? Is that in keeping with Vulcan tradition? Did Sarek say he was okay with that? Maybe they didn’t want his body on board because it was too radioactive. Is there any lore about that decision?
For this discussion, I’m defining a “lesser known” Beatles song as one that
A) never reached number 1 in the USA or England
B) does not appear on any greatest hits album (red and blue albums)
C) is not on the A-side of one of their singles.
I think I’d say mine are “Hey Bulldog,” “Dear Prudence,” and “I’ve Just Seen a Face.” Of course, it is difficult to narrow down and I reserve the right to change them tomorrow. Lol.
Was watching *Gladiator* for the umpteenth time and every time I watch it, I think “Why did Marcus tell Commodus all by himself when he knew he was ‘not a moral man’?” Are there any other moments in movies where you just think “WHY?”
