Restoring storm windows- how to fix warped side pieces

Hello!
I’m working on my storm windows this summer, have many to do. Trying to
Do it right the first time. I want these repairs last a long time. I’m taking them apart, taking down to bare wood. Using bora-care, then a mix of Dutchman repairs and abaton on anything damaged. Then linseed oil paint/putty.
The only thing I’m unsure about is the sides that are warped. Hoping for some advice from the seasoned window fixers in there!
Here’s my questions:

  1. How bad is it? Would not straightening it be foolish?
  2. I already built a window sized steam box for softening putty/paint, is steaming/clamping to dry straight the way to go?
  3. Is there an easier or better way?
  4. Will it likely warp again?

Thanks!

Tips for asking for a raise

I’ve been at my job for some years, and I know I’m severely underpaid for my position and location. I need to ask for a raise, but unsure of what makes the strongest case. I’d love some advice on overall letter length, how many of my skills/job performance to focus on, what percentage range of increase is too much, how to ask for a formal compensation analysis, if that’s a good idea, etc. I’ve googled and googled and feel like
I keep reading the same slop and need some real person answers :) please help, thanks!

Considering switching from shot to make intermittent fasting more doable

Hello!
I’m on week one of the 7.2 mg injection, and it’s been a rough switch to the higher dose so far.
50F
Height:5’6’
Sw:320
Cw:270
Goal:160

A bit of background:
I’ve been on wegovy for a little over a year and lost 40-50 lbs but the scale hasn’t moved in months. I take 30mg adderall xr in the morning , if that makes any difference.

I lost 100 lbs about 10 years ago with intermittent fasting, getting down to about 180. I kept it mostly off, for a couple years, until covid lockdown with my children threw life into a tailspin.

I am relieved to have lost some of the weight but have been frustrated with feeling sick so much of the time. I try to prioritize protein and veggies but when I’m feeling really sick and hungry I find myself reaching for easily digestible carbs like crackers and toast. This is often happening in the mornings when I’m trying to fast.

I want to switch to keto and OMAD or a 4 hour window later in the day to eat dinner with my family. I would love to hear from folks who have made the switch to the pill and do intermittent fasting, or even not fasting. I know it’s different for everyone but I’d love to hear people’s experiences.
