After 32 hrs and countless Resets. I finally have it lol, It almost took me a Year 😭

By the way, Im randomly Soft resetting the Game, the Muscle Memory randomly Kicks in lol 😭
My N3DS just working yesterday (I am Shiny Hunting Pokemon) but today it randomly says that SD Card doesnt work and Apps/Games will not show something like that. Tried to restart many times, clean the SD Card and still not working. I tried to insert the SD to a phone and it was working. I inserted new SD Card and it wasnt working. I come to a conclusion that the SD Reader might not working. I have broken N3DS in the drawer and decided, to open it and check if the repair will be hard. I was surprise to learn that replacing SD Reader is easy, I didnt even search for the tutorial and remove completely the back panel.
Now its working again.
