Came back from work and found a sticker on my Bullet’s tank. I Assumed it to be a prank. But I found out it was a girl who works in a nearby office.
Has anything like this happened with anyone else?

When everything goes wrong. Everyone plan that you made works out completely opposite from what you prepared for. Whatever you found and imagined to be substantial starts seeming to be meaningless.

So while cleaning my room I found this in my old storage Box.
I had this habit of writing down my thoughts and then burning it.
Whilst I once wrote about how one girl gave me this rose, but due to the circumstances of that time We both couldn’t be together.
When I burnt the paper this one piece was left so I decided to keep it. The rose is now just dry petals and my thoughts too are as dry as it can get.
I have recently, after convincing my parents got my left ear pierced
I used to run and do body weight exercises mainly.
Now that I don’t go to tracks and do much of that and joined gym and started lifting weights. ( 1.5 months)
Doing quite decent as of now, what could be some good advice from an experienced lifter to a rookie
