Finally got my first ever BFP!!!

Got my first ever BFP 11dpo (more like faint line) and then today 12dpo I got my HGC blood taken and it’s 56! All is well so far, we are in shock! We’ve been dedicatedly trying for 14 months and at a fertility clinic. We were loosely trying 1-2 years prior but more just if it happens it happens. 7 cycles ago I got a tom of uterine polyps removed and all of our other tests are normal! This was our 2nd letrozole/trigger/progesterone cycle and it only yielded 1 dominant follicle. We only O-1 and O-3 (we’re tired 🤧) and honestly I had NO symptoms prior like nothing.. I counted myself out and we actually decided to take a break after this cycle and then schedule an appointment to begin IUI. After my positive I’ve had boob soreness but normal like PMS and then some mild cramping at random times and yep that’s it. My charts looked average with no tells and no signs or different vitals from my Oura Ring either. Can’t believe how much I stressed over all of that for years!!! Sort of annoying 😂 but we are soooooo happy and still so shocked!!! Had to share my experience now that it’s finally my turn :)

BFP Finally!!!

Spent the last 14 cycles working with a fertility clinic (*if it happens it happens* 1-2 years before that) and this is my first ever positive! Had tons of uterine polyps removed 7 cycles ago, no other issues! This was our 2nd letrozole, trigger shot, progesterone cycle only 1 dominant follicle and only BD 12 hours before ovulation and 2 days before that (we’re all BD out… lol). We are honestly still in shock! We had an appointment schedule to try IUI next. What a great surprise! My chart was not telling at all….. all that analyzing each month for nothing 😂🙄

BFP - No Oura Alerts

Oura did *not* predict my BFP!!! My chart is so mediocre too nothing crazy 😂 all my stats are honestly maybe even more normal than usual in my luteal phase lol

I never tested out my trigger shot ugh 😭

Today is 12 days post trigger shot (Ovidrel) and 11dpo … I see a line on the top 3 but not the bottom. Last cycle I took a test at 11/12dpo and it was SUPER negative even FRER. What do you guys think?? Ugh

Is IUI for us?

Hello, new here. Sort of unexplained infertility - I had tons of uterine polyps removed 7 cycles ago which I thought was our explanation but here we are still. Spent the last year dedicated tracking and trying and 1-2 years prior *if it happens it happens* and here we are never seen a positive. I have slightly low AMH but not concerning to my Dr. SA had normal results. Everything else is normal for me too. We just finished 2 rounds of letrozole/trigger/progesterone and nothing. Our next step is IUI but I’m not sure what to expect… is there a chance this is the ticket or are we not the right fit for it??

I am 5 months and 7 cycles post hysterscopy polypectomy removal of lots of uterine polyps - they said it looked like a “jungle” in there lol. So much has improved since they were removed such as my period length and my cramps are only half a day now and my labs are better and everything else is testing great. I have borderline low AMH but nothing crazy I still have good AFC. Butttt at what point do I start to worry it wasn’t just the polyps and there’s something more wrong… or do I continue with it’s a game of chances just keep going ?? I feel stuck in limbo!

For those of you that had polyps, what was your experience?
