Acne and acne marks

I have red acne marks (pie) and a few acne like deep ones

Have been using retinol - requil -0.1% and 0.3% for like one year but I see very little difference.

Azelaic acid and niacinamide- don't suit me

Tried glycolic acid but it was of very little to no use .

So I'm thinking of switching to adapelene?

Is it okay ?

Any more advice or anything ?

Btw I stopped eating sugar for like an year now and I don't eat junk as well .

My routine - I have oily skin In morning - I use salicylic acid face wash Then apply moisturizer and sunscreen

At night - I use a gentle face wash Followed by retinol Then moisturiser That's it .

I also want to minimise my pores how do I ? Plus the area around my nose always a little red whyy?? What do I do for that ?

Shedding hair

Earlier 3-4 years back my hair used to be of medium thickness like it was good

But with time and stress I was diagnosed with telogen efflivium 1 year back since then I'm just shedding and my hair has become so thin and weak

I used minoxidil for 2 months but then I quit as I was losing more hair and couldn't bear it .

After this I'm just using rosemary oil ,rosemary water taking b12 and vitamin D supplements but nothing's working .I'm losing a lot of hair

What do I do ? I'm just feeling a lot depress because of this

Should I quit instagram?

So the thing is that I'm using instagram way too much .Tried everything like putting restriction mode to deactivating like everything but I still come back to it .Another reason is that I get very insecure of observing other people's life and etc etc.. I feel overwhelmed sometimes too .I am thinking of deleting each n every post and finally deleting my instgram account .is it worth it ? I'm in 2nd year of college .. will I miss out much??
