GPU not in use when rendering (video editing) (LINUX) (AMD)

Important specs

OS:Debian 13

GPU:AMD Raedon RX 6750 XT

When leaving my blender project running to render, i noticed the fans on my GPU werent spinning and realized it wasnt even being used. Obviously i dont want to use only my CPU when rendering a 1 hour+ long video.

I went through the process of actually installing and downloading all the proper libs, HIP, and various dependencies for Blender to actually recognize my GPU so I can enable it. The fans still dont spin and software like GPU viewer shows the usage being at 0%.

Any help is appreciated. Im critically stupid when it comes to blender, i only really use it for video editing as other sodtware either sucks, is too expensive or is not Linux compatable.

(Video editor) Is there any way to make Dragging (like for scaling and moving) more consistent?

Trying to use the Video editing aspect of blender. Trying to just click and drag to change the size of a given picture on the video previewer to inconsistent results. i feel im clicking dead on the arrows and white circle and it just decides to let me move it in random spots. Is there a better way to be doing this or am I trying to hammer in a screw here?

'Like Ruri Rocks, but space'

Vaguely educational (optional), slice of life (optional) series, but instead of Geology, its Astronomy, space travel, or just space in general (mandatory)

Thoughts about the Ending

>!Just beat Mina, best game i've played in a VERY long time I'm especially a big fan of the ending(s) (yes there is more than one). I really like how the ending is noticeably bittersweet. If Shovel Knight can have its 'They all live happily ever after' ending(s) then Mina is sufficiently more 'realistic' with the consequences of being blamed for everything and killing the dude in charge, even if it was the best possible outcome. Considering just how much sway, power and influence Lionel had behind the scenes (The dude literally runs the newspaper), it's incredibly easy for him to manipulate his public image. Even at his worst, it was kept behind closed doors and one-on-ones with Mina or Thorne. From everyone elses' perspective, Lionels' colleague and her ilk killed their beloved leader who had nothing but the best of intentions for the community, everything gets noticeably worse for the average Tenebrourian once he kicks the bucket, and things only got this way AFTER Mina came in to 'fixed the Spark Generators'. So obviously She's immediately made a martyr.!<

>!However if you're careful, you can entirely avoid any of the 'crimes' that Lionel tries to pin on Mina in the Dinner scene, which is an ordeal in itself. Dont talk to anybody, Don't take the Iron Steed in Ossex, Only buy items in Ossex, Avoid optional fights with Maxi, Armand, etc, Dont help the crows off the poles, dont start or finish most side quests, dont break ANY candles OR lamps, dont take Pink gorillas' Ladder, and don't ride the train more than once to Coltrane Peak, and so on. Esentially speedrun the game while avoiding anything useful outside of required bosses (Thankfully, there's no achievement tied to the secret ending, so you're free to tack on modifiers to make things easier).Your reward for leading a completely milquetoast adventure that never once strayed off the yellow-brick-road, leads to an entire alternate 'Good' ending where Lionel offers Mina to properly work with him. To me, it complements the actual ending incredibly well because of how by-the-numbers and storybook-like it ending is, It immediately cuts to credits, Do not pass go, Do not collect 200 bones, with an alternate Post-Credits that can be summed up to lionel saying 'Good job Mina, Everything is super chill now, trust me :D'.!<

>!To me, it's an extension to how Lionel treats other people. Choosing to trust Lionel after clearly seeing how decieving and two-faced he is when it comes to Thorne and the plethora of shady shit going down in the Astral Orrery (They literally have a MUTANT lab where they're testing the effects of The Spark on living people), even after he was clearly about to fling as much onto Mina as possible to rally the public on his side, leads to him playing Mina like a pawn, and only telling her what he wants.!<

[TOMT][Commercial][Mid 2000s] PBS Kids/PBS Kids Go Programing block about homemade tortillas

Looking for a particular Commercial/ Programing block between episodes. The style was a hand-held Home Video about what I believe was a hispanic and or mexican family (Old woman & several adults) making homemade Tortillas with a press and showed the majority of the cooking process. Vividly remember the poor camera quality and it ending with crunching as they ate the finished Tortillas.

I only know the timeframe because of some other commercials/Programing Blocks that would be on as well (Postcards with Buster) combined with when I would have been watching PBS Kids.

(Their video about trees)
Still ultimately a beginner, quite alot of work to be done considering their style works the best with a focus on details, but not to a minute degree.

To me its the most similar to painting, where your brain assumes the majority of the details. You can see in the reference that they dont obviously have the entire grain of the tree or leaves rendered out. but enough to imply the shape and texture to assume its there.

I didn't (and still dont) have the patience for details with this software. For now, Id rather something simple-ish so i can call somthing done and move on rather than boiling myself about details until I quit half way.
Any advice with the software/critique of whatever can be done or some such would be much appreciated.
