I have installed Qur'an in my mobile so if I get urges I remind my self that there is Qur'an in my mobile and iam not opening any stuff and iam skipping some posts which leads to sin by reminding my self I can't do this with quran in my phone and I don't want to uninstall it . In sha Allah you guys can also try this . May Allah swt make easy for us.

There was no board of no parking there for nearly 800 meters cop fined me 1500 for wrong parking.

After approx 30-40 push-ups my arms becoming tight I am not able to do more if I try I may do 2-5 that's it what to do ,to free my arms .
