smb is a lot slower than on infuse
Hi, I use my MacBook Air to send by smb movie to Apple TV. Speed seems a lot of slower than on infuse with same settings. Is it something that I can change to have faster connection?

Hi,
Does anyone play Europa universalis 5 by GeForce now? Is it working smoothly on premium plan? What graphic settings do you use?
Hi,
does anyone play Europa universlis v on MacBook? I have MacBook Air m5. I was thinking about playing it via crossover. It is opening on 1.2 but on 1.3 beta nothing happen. Is it problem with beta version or Euv is not stable game and cloud gaming would be better option? Does 16 GB ram is enough to play it using crossover?
Need help choosing a USB-C hub for MacBook Air M5
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a good USB-C hub/docking station for my MacBook Air M5. My budget is around $70–80 (roughly €65–75). I’d prefer something available on Amazon (any country is fine).
I’ve never owned a hub before, so I’m not 100% sure what I actually need. From what I’ve researched, these features are important to me:
• 10 Gbps data transfer
• At least 2 fast USB-A ports (3.2 or better)
• At least 2 USB-C ports
• Power Delivery (PD) charging for the MacBook (ideally 100W)
• HDMI port (4K@60Hz would be great)
• Compact and lightweight
• Doesn’t get too hot
• No bright LED that lights up the whole room at night
I was looking at these two UGREEN Revodok models:
• UGREEN Revodok USB-C Docking Station 10Gb/s, 4K 60Hz HDMI, PD 100W, Ethernet, SD/TF card reader, USB-A 3.0
• UGREEN Revodok 10Gbps USB-C Hub with HDMI 4K@60Hz, 2× USB-A 3.2 + 2× USB-C 3.2, PD 100W
Both are available on Amazon, but whenever I read reviews, someone always seems to have an issue with one thing or another.
I was also told on another group that I should skip the cheaper options and go for a more reputable brand like Satechi instead.
Any recommendations? I’d really appreciate advice on reliable models that match my requirements without breaking the bank. Thanks in advance!
