I need to get a laptop but don’t know where from!

Hi everyone…. I’m looking to get a laptop, but I honestly don’t know much about laptops, so I’d really appreciate some guidance before making a decision.
Budget: 65K-85K
City: Peshawar, Pakistan (Recommendations are welcome from anywhere)
Brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, or any other reliable brand
Preferred specs: 16 GB RAM, 256/512 GB SSD. I’m open to different specifications if they make more sense for my requirements.
What I intend to learn/use it for:
I have not yet made a decision as to what skills would I learn but following are those I might pick from:

Programming/coding
Web development
AI automation
AI integration/API development
UI/UX design (mainly Figma)
Graphic designing
Video editing
General university/student use

I have a few questions:
> Do I actually need a dedicated GPU for these skills, or would integrated graphics be sufficient?
If integrated graphics are enough, which integrated GPU should I look for? For example, is Intel Iris Xe good enough?
>If a dedicated GPU is recommended, what is the minimum GPU I should target within my budget?
>Would you prioritize a better CPU + integrated graphics over an older CPU + dedicated GPU?
>Are there any particular laptop models you would recommend in this price range?

I’m particularly confused about GPUs because I’ve seen laptops advertised with dedicated 2 GB/4 GB graphics cards, while newer laptops have integrated Iris Xe graphics or integrated AMD Radeon graphics. I don’t know whether the dedicated GPU is actually necessary or if it’s just something sellers use to make a laptop sound better.
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello everyone. I wanted to ask whether integrated Intel Iris Xe is good enough in a core i5 11th Generation or should I downgrade with the CPU and go for dedicated graphics? Especially if I want to practice any of the following skills in the future:

Graphic Designing
Video Editing
AI Automation
UI/UX Design
AI Integration
Coding etc

Please elaborate as much as you can. Also tell me which dedicated GPU is the bare minimum for these tasks?

Hello everyone… I used to have a laptop but a few years ago it stopped working but I didn’t really care since I am someone who spends most of his time on the phone. However I am now planning to buy a laptop but I am not aware of even the ABCs so advice needed!
I am currently in F.Sc 2nd year and will hopefully get into university next year. I need a laptop cuz nowadays I am mostly free and want to learn some skills and all that and try my luck with earning my own pennies.
Which laptop do you guys suggest? What should be the specifications? Is graphic card a necessity with my requirements? Please elaborate as much as you can. FYI my budget is around 65K-85K and I will be looking for used ones!
