AITA for leaving my family’s vacation after they gave my bedroom to someone else?

My family rented a beach house for a week, and everyone agreed ahead of time how much they would pay. I paid $900 for my share because I was supposed to have one of the private bedrooms.
When I arrived, my sister told me they had decided to give my room to her friend who joined the trip at the last minute. Apparently, because I’m single, they thought I “wouldn’t mind” sleeping on the pullout couch in the living room.
Her friend was only paying $200 for the entire week.
I told them that if I was sleeping on the couch, I wasn’t paying $900. My parents said I was making the vacation about money and that everyone should just be flexible.
So I packed my stuff, booked a hotel nearby, and told them I wouldn’t be paying anything toward the house.
Now they’re furious because everyone else has to pay more to cover my portion, and my sister says I ruined the family vacation over “a bedroom.”
AITA?

Have to get another repair guy after first repair guy broke our door

First repair guy was called in to see why the door wasn't rolling along the track, only to somehow shatter the glass (he was adamant he had no idea how it happened) and have to leave early because of some cuts

Today (three days later) we had a second repair guy finish first repair guys job, now we're waiting for the replacement window to ship so a potential third repair guy to fix it

Where to park for Alex Bay fireworks?

Checking out the fireworks for the first-time in a while because Thompson Park got canceled (does anyone know when those are getting rescheduled?) and I'm wondering where's a good spot to park

The demeaning thing you think about yourself applies to other people

Character A self depreciating for a trait/mistake about themselves they hate, only to realize later Character B heard them and thought they were talking about B. Now A is stuck trying to excuse why it applies to A but not B, or accept it doesn't apply to A.

Alternatively, the Character encounters their past self and uses them as an emotional punching bag until they realize that's another person, not just a snapshot of their worst moment.
