I posted a while back but have made more progress...Gotta put the darker brown shake siding above the porch and then add an octagon window up there too. Ive just been trying to trust the process lol.

Posted this a month ago but have made a bit more progress. I bought a 3x3' octagon window to go upstairs above the porch on the front of house and need to replace the columns/posts on porch but what style? Should I keep y bracing?
