Is Cyberpunk 2077 Worth Buying in 2026?

I finally played Cyberpunk 2077 for the first time in 2026 and honestly, I wasn't expecting Night City to pull me in the way it did. In this review, I talk about whether Cyberpunk 2077 is still worth buying in 2026, how the graphics compare to modern games, the incredible world design and atmosphere of Night City, as well as the gunplay, close-quarters combat, and overall gameplay experience.
From breathtaking visuals and immersive storytelling to satisfying katana combat, Sandevistan gameplay, and some of the best open-world design in gaming, Cyberpunk 2077 still feels surprisingly modern years after launch.

I Thought We Survived The Boss Rally... 😬 | Arena Breakout Infinite

One of the most painful deaths I've had in Arena Breakout Infinite.

Our squad managed to survive the boss rally.

We cleared the enemies and everything finally started calming down.

One of my teammates had gone down during the fight, so I started searching his backpack for meds.

I thought the hard part was over.

It wasn't.

I clipped the entire thing because I already knew halfway through what was about to happen.

What's the dumbest way you've lost a successful raid in ABI?

I don't think people understand how bad the cheating is about to be in MW4

Mark my words, this game is going to be even worse to play than Arc Raiders. Day one the cheaters will be unbearable . The closet streamer cheaters, the not so smart cheaters that still suck and the rage hackers!

Gray Zone Warfare finally clicked for me in a way Tarkov never did

I've played Escape From Tarkov, Gray Zone Warfare, and Arena Breakout Infinite, and after spending more time with GZW recently, I realized something:

Gray Zone Warfare feels like the game for people who wanted to like Tarkov but couldn't quite get into it.

Before anyone grabs the pitchforks, I'm not saying GZW is better than Tarkov.

Tarkov is still deeper, more hardcore, and probably the king of extraction shooters.

But what keeps pulling me back to Gray Zone is the immersion.

The jungle environment feels alive, the graphics feel more modern, and the helicopter infil/exfil system makes every deployment feel like an actual operation instead of loading into another raid.

I also think it finds a pretty good middle ground between Arena Breakout Infinite and Tarkov. It doesn't hold your hand as much as ABI, but it also doesn't feel like it's trying to punish you every second you're playing.

I put together a video breaking down my thoughts and showing a mission where I had to locate a downed helicopter and recover the cargo:

Curious what everyone else thinks.

If you've played both, what keeps you coming back to Tarkov or Gray Zone Warfare?
