I had a hiatal hernia repair last year and I haven’t been able to do screams since . Any tips or advice ?

I can still sing and do things like throat singing just fine : but screaming is something I haven’t been able to do since the surgery . I try get to my throat and such in the positions I remember for doing the techniques my my throat just doesn’t want to cooperate . I know with my surgery they kind of wrapped my stomach around my esophagus so I’m sure that’s impacting it .

Has anyone else had this surgery or another surgery and been able to recover their screams ? Any advice would be greatly appreciate , I miss doing false vocal chords , gutterals and fries so much :(

My northerns been doing really well with things like target training , simple puzzle feeder and scavenger hunts (foraging , I just hide food all over the enclosure ) and he catches on really quickly with them . What are some more advanced training and enrichment activities I can try with my boy ?

What’s your guys/gals experiences been with training your blue tongues ? I started Momo with a simple puzzle feeder , it’s like a series of bone shaped plates with dishes in them and they rotate around to become accessible , so pretty easy he just has to nudge them different ways to get them open . I also do foraging activities and hide treats all over so he has to find them . And recently I started target train him which he seems to have caught on with it rather quickly after only a couple sessions

What are some puzzles and activities y’all do for additional mental stimulation and enrichment for your skinks ? Also for any of you who also do puzzle feeders , please give me any suggestions for different kinds !

Hi yall, a motorcycle is one of those things I’ve always wanted since I was young , as I grew up dirt biking but never got a motorcycle as I was more of a car guy growing up and couldn’t afford both . Also I didn’t know adventure bikes were even a thing back then.

As of right now I have no working vehicle and my car would cost .. well a lot more than the cost of a used v Strom to fix . And the used car market is pretty bad right now so I don’t want another car . And since money is tight I do need to be able to finance it .

I’m a disabled veteran and can’t work currently . I do have some money from the va but no 100% disability or anything so money is tight .

Since I’m not working I don’t particularly have to be anywhere most the time , but I do still need a vehicle to go to the store and appointments that are over an hour away . Also it’d be nice to just have freedom and get out more again for some adventures instead of being at home all day .

My biggest things are I need something reliable , comfortable and good in all seasons as I live in nh . I don’t plan on riding in any storms or anything but I want something that won’t leave me stranded if the crazy New England weather changes at random .

Im 6’1 and about 200 lbs , so I don’t think the bike will be too big for me . But what has yalls experience been like with the v Strom ? Especially for those of you in northern states or countries with winters ?

I’m pretty ignorant when it comes to motorcycles and don’t know the most about them . But the v Strom seems like it’d probably be the best fit for what I’m looking . What are your thoughts ?

Right now I’m looking at a 2016 v Strom abs with about 8-9k miles for $3,999
