(23-F) UPDATE Senior Conceirge Services in Doon! Please HELP!!!

People had suggested to me that I should approach RWAs and Elite societies.

However, I'm facing challenges as the access is heavily restricted there.
Then I thought of visiting the local Temples around these societies but everything is in such a rush, I don't know how to grab their attention.

Then again, there's the issue of parents not willing to spend anything on themselves and their Children being abroad.. Also I have made it available for specially abled persons though I don't know how to approach.

I have Integrated my Premium Tiffin Business into the same so that if not groceries, we could also supply them with cooked for a little extra cost, thus reducing their hassles.
And a Monthly Property Health Report sent to their Kids.
ALSO Making it available for anyone who doesn't have time for these menial tasks that take-up the whole day and requires a Virtual Pvt Assistan with his/her bookings/cancellations/orders etc.

The basic service should be 11k a month (Kinda like A Vitual+Physical assistant) and premium should be around 35-40k (food, groceries, toiletries, etc. included) for 2 people apart from Concierge.

IF Anyone has any idea or experience with this or just a strategy as well, Kindly Help a fellow community member.

My cousin has been great in helping me with the conception of this idea and everything but I'm finding the initial start to be difficult.

Would digital advertising help in this regard or not? Could someone guide me on this?

(Update on Premium Tiffin Service) Help me out with this.. 🪻

Guys so I had posted about my Premium Tiffin Service here about a week ago.

I have made great progress by increasing the Menu and Adding heated lunch boxes.

Also, designed the Menus myself.

But, I'm having so much trouble in designing a Premium yet eye catching poster for the same. Could you help me? I used AI for this, after hours of trying, this is what it gave me. Any improvements I could do? Share if you can.

Editing this seems like a nightmare.

Guys, I have been seeing a lot of issues lately related to Food/Tiffin services in Dehradun.

If you're someone who is a subscriber or looking to subscribe to Tiffin, I have a few questions:-

How much do you pay per meal/ per month?
Would you be willing to pay Premium for Premium Ingredients?

I have a relative who is going to begin this service but she want to give TASTE + PREMIUM INGREDIENTS. She wants to offer the following:-

Only Amul Ghee, Butter and Cold-Pressed Mustard/Groundnut Oil from Tata or Dabur to be used.
Only Amul Paneer, Amul Dahi and Only Organic Daals to be used and Khaand also as an Option. Vegetables also Organic if sourcing possible.
Option of Chakki Atta (Normal, High quality) or Chakki Multigrain Atta (With 5 different Grains).
Sweet Dish with sugar-free options.
Zero refined Oil/ Zero Palm Oil/ Zero Cotton Seed Oil(GMO)/ Zero MSG
Non-Vegetarian options also available for subscription ( Only Trusted vendors for chicken, Desi and Broiler options available) Made in again, 100% Amul Ghee and Butter.
Metal Dabba for Supplying Hot and Fresh Food. No Toxic Black Plastic packaging or Cutlery!

What should be a good subscription price for this package? She does not want this to be a High-volume business for which she might have to use Cooks and Chefs and Quality would thus be diluted. She wants to handle this as a boutique food service to serve those who know the value of premium quality food. We already have had pre-bookings from 6 people, and want to cap it at a maximum of 10-15 people only.

I have suggested 14k for Veg. subscription and 18k for Non-Veg (3 Days Non-Veg and Egg Dishes every morning)

Special requests/meals can be done on ala-carte basis for visiting guests etc.

She lives near Patel Nagar-Indresh Hospital.

Suggestions are welcome..

Hi guys.

I'm 23 F from Dehradun, I wanted to ask for your opinions on a business Idea that I have been eager to go to town with but I'm having doubts.

I want to start a family run business in Non-medical Senior Concierge service in which, elderly people can call on our number and we would handle the logistics of Grocery delivery and Cabs, appointments etc. (on quick commerce or online apps) and in case of emergency, visit physically. Offer 2-3 monthly physical visits and a phone call every other day to keep a check. Also offer 1k worth of menial repairs for free (in labour) and assist with government and other paper work. We won't have tie ups with any medical institution so the parents are free to choose their doctor or hospital as it pleases them.

Apart from this, keep tabs on the property upkeep and share the reports with NRI/Out of Town children of the elderly.

For any other special requests, charge on a ala-carte basis.

Scheme shall have 3 tiers, 4k rs, 7krs and 9k rs. Also, we would only have 15 families initially to ensure the quality of service is not diluted, and only 3 families per relationship manager.

Do you think this would work in Dehradun? Any other suggestions?
