Does this mean ppl who chose earlier test dates have better chances than those who chose a bit later?

Like if someone chose may 25 and the other person chose june 1, is there a difference in their chances?

I wanted to ask if I get around 2 to 3 mistakes in the test, will it affect my chances on scholarships?

Given that my highschool grades and sat scores are high.

Also, for electrical engineering is it mandatory to attempt the physics test too?
