A lvl exams cancelled (results)

I wanted to know how r they gonna use the evidences collected from the schools/students to mark the papers for countries where the exams were cancelled. Will the threshold be too high, or higher than usual atleast?

Will there be a separate threshold for them?

If this has happened before during covid, how were the results back then? Were the grades similar to what you'd get if u actually did the real exam or were they inflated?

For us they took 3 evidences for each paper..they're gna use it to give us our grade but ion know how thresholds will work..u get me..

Electrical Engineering (nano option)

I'm an upcoming first year engineering student. I wanted to ask whether this option is worth choosing, like is it hard to find co op opportunities and stuff. And also how it differentiates from normal EE. I was looking at a post where there was someone saying that mechatronics is very niche typa and doesnt hv good co op opportunities as alberta isnt a tech hub. But UofA has a Nanofab facility and stuff so i wanted to ask whether the future prospects for nano are any different. Also if anyone has taken or takes this option, how is it like? And would you recommend others to opt in aswell?

And, if theres less co op opportunities in alberta, is there no way that we can find co op in places like toronto. (Is co op for ualberta limited to alberta only)

Lastly, I've heard it is very hard for normal EE students to find co op related to their field. Is this a common issue?

KUAT

Does this mean ppl who chose earlier test dates have better chances than those who chose a bit later?

Like if someone chose may 25 and the other person chose june 1, is there a difference in their chances?

Is the University done handing out all the entrance scholarships? or should i wait and hope i get more.

For those who got scholarships in previous yrs and this yr too, when did u get it?

I wanted to ask if I get around 2 to 3 mistakes in the test, will it affect my chances on scholarships?

Given that my highschool grades and sat scores are high.

Also, for electrical engineering is it mandatory to attempt the physics test too?
