Is there a way I can teach my body not have to go number two in the morning but rather in the evening?
22, Male, 5’10, 167lbs.

I hate having to poop in the morning but I must. Cuz I have an office job, and if I don't go in the morning, sitting down only makes it worse to the point I can barely hold it.
