Just wrapped up this project. It's a pleated, diamond-profile sconce designed explicitly around the Ikea Strala lamp base. You secure the socket inside the printed cylinder piece, and then it simply twist-locks into the main fluted shade body.

Ikea hacks are my favorite type of functional printing. Turned a basic Strala cord set into a modern Nordic wall sconce.

I had a spare Ikea Strala light base lying around from a previous project and wanted to do something cool with it. Spent a bit of time modeling this fluted shade with a custom bayonet mount. You just slide the Ikea socket into the printed adapter, tighten the ring, and twist-lock it right into the shade. Printed in Bambu Matte Ivory White for that cozy, warm minimalism look.

Dropped it in Bambu Matte Ivory White and it looks incredibly high-end on the wall.

Testing a new geometric look for my bedroom accent lighting. Printed in Bambu Matte Ivory White.

Wanted something that feels more like a deliberate design object than just a simple 3D printed lamp. The fluted texture gives it a nice rhythmic shadow pattern. For the electronics, I just used a standard Ikea Strala cord set since they're cheap and reliable.

Just finished printing this Scandi-style fluted sconce in Bambu Matte Ivory White. Honestly obsessed with how the shadows hit those ridges

I wanted a clean, high-end architectural look for my hallway without spending crazy money. Designed this sharp pleated wall lamp to fit right onto a cheap Ikea Strala cord set using a modular twist-lock system. The Matte Ivory White filament gives it a perfect, smooth ceramic finish when it's turned off, but diffuses the warm light so nicely at night.

Ma Series vases lean wabi-sabi after my last Japandi release, single missing rib changes everything

Last release I did was Japandi, clean repetition and calm geometry. This one leans wabi-sabi instead. Same square footprint at 117 x 117 x 250mm, but two of the four vases have one rib deliberately removed. The shift in mood from a single missing element is bigger than I expected.

Ma Series vases built around the Japanese concept of meaningful negative space

Made a vase set built around the Japanese concept of ma (間), the meaningful pause or the negative space between things. Two of the four vases have one rib deliberately removed, which breaks the repetition and turns the pattern into a composition. 117 x 117 x 250mm. Wabi-sabi by way of FDM.
