Hi fellas,
Whenever i see a stranger girl it feels like i am being creepy . I have seen videos where they say to look for 3 seconds and then smile but i can't smile as i don't know the stranger.

few queries :

1. how to make the eye contact without being creepy person
2. how will i know i made a eye contact
3. how will the girl respond in her body language if she is interested or if she finds its creepy

please give your suggestions on these.
