Hi! So like at night like around this time (3:43am) I get really bad anxiety attack and I check my blood sugar is really high like in the 400 and 500 but it’s only at night due the day when my blood is high I feel normal but like it’s only at night? I hope I’m making sense because like idk ig I’m just tryna to see if it’s diabetes related or anxiety related idk I was just wondering if anyone else got the same way also. (also i wasn’t sure if i should put the tag thing as seeking advice or question so i put questions)

So I drank an energy drink and now I’m like super tired but I can’t sleep and I’m like freaking out and idk what to do like I’m scared I’m having some kind of medical emergency but like my body is like calm but my mind is racing idk what to do to calm down
