Not working on Xbox? I got an easy fix for you.

I had the same issue and it turns out that like 99% of the reviews had the same issue. It’s really as simple as redownloading the different packs. Just go to manage game and add ons and you will notice some packs are missing. Might not be as simple for everyone but I thought it might help someone searching for this issue.

Similarities between the actors and characters.

I like how they blended the actor’s real experiences with the show. Eric Stonestreet having been a clown called Fizbo, Sofia Vergara raising a child (Manolo, kind of like Manny) alone at a young age, Jesse Tyler Ferguson being gay, or Ed O’neill liking jiu jitsu. Are there any other examples of this? Or surprising contrasts? (don’t flame me I don’t know much about the show lol)

Edit: spelling

I spend $60 on this game and I CANT EVEN PLAY IT!!!!

It doesn’t even get a full star on Xbox reviews because it literally just doesn’t launch anymore. 99% of reviews mention it. I am livid. Why not fix a game so people can actually play instead of working on all these new games. I’m so disappointed. Has anyone else dealt with this sucessfully?

My coworker didn’t want to talk to a manager because she has “male trauma.”

She signed up for a service job. The manager was in an area completely visible to customers with staff in arms length. He is 5 years younger, pretty short and scrawny. Also, I don’t think I know a single woman who doesn’t have some sort of male trauma.

AITAH for putting a coworker in her place?

I (19F) have been training and working with my coworker Jamie (22F) at a fast food job. On her first day she told me she couldn’t ask one of the managers (17M) for help as I instructed her to because she has “male trauma.” She signed up for service work mind you. I told her that I understand the significance of her trauma but that she could not continue to work with us if she cannot communicate with half of the population. She relented begrudgingly.

After about an hour and a half of training she asked if she could take a vape break. I get it, sadly I’m a vapist too, but I told her she needs to switch to an alternative like gum, zyn, or patches during the work day because she’ll be working about 8hrs per day and we don’t get many bathroom breaks considering how busy we always are.

I asked her to lift something for me and she told me that she can’t lift heavy things. I asked her to clean the table legs and she said she has knee problems. I totally believe her it’s just that she is a bigger woman and the box I asked her to carry wasn’t very heavy so it seemed a little off but that’s not my place to judge, I somewhat believe her, I just thought it was noteworthy.

I told her to clean tables then sweep but when I realized how dirty the floor was I asked her to do that first (we use trays to sweep the crumbs on so that it doesn’t all fall on the floor.) She gave me attitude about it. She went on to correct a coworker’s sign language and was pretty snotty about it.

She seemed cocky. She said that she thinks it’s funny that nobody knows that she worked at a fast food job before. We asked a manager what other tasks we could do and she said that he loved the look on his face when he kept bringing up tasks we already accomplished.

She took the easy way out on most tasks I gave her and I have a sneaky suspicion that she doesn’t work much unless observed on some things. She also just stands there between tasks. I told her there are many different signs telling her what to do in her “free time.” She overshares a lot too. She also doesn’t have custody of her kid so it makes me just a little bit hesitant about her but I don’t know the circumstances so that’s not my business. She also brought up how she used to smoke weed at her other fast food job. I think she was testing the waters there. Don’t get me wrong, I smoke too, just not on company time and I sure don’t talk about it on the first day before a rapport was even fully established. She rambled on about her life for like 30 minutes and didn’t ask me a single thing about myself.

I was very nice to her the entire time, I gave her empathetic responses, I told her I wasn’t trying to be bossy but that I had to give her directions for her until she can be independent. I have also spent three years volunteering teaching at an elementary school and was taking the same teacher training as the real teachers so I don’t think it was my teaching style because I made sure not to baby her or be condescending because I’m so used to teaching kids. I could be wrong I suppose.

AITAH for giving her some pushback? Will I be the asshole for telling management about some of this? Should I have been more blunt or should I have eased off?

Edit: remembered some details, added the 5th paragraph.

I have a 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. It has a Mopar 51940918 12-volt battery. I can’t find an exact replacement. Does it have to be this specific type or can I buy something else, preferably cost-effective?

Found in North Idaho (PNW).

My puppy was playing with it and it looked sus so I took it out of her mouth, took a pic with my other hand and ran back inside to wash my hands asap. I’m insure of whether it’s no big deal because that’s what dogs do or if I should be more scared of the germs.

Anyways, the reason I ask is because we installed a system to deter insects and rodents coming indoors and they gave us a garuntee that it would stop them.

So, bird, bat, or rodent?
