Abada is the worst player I’ve ever seen and I hate him

The first picture is July 22nd and the 2nd one is today. Granted i definitely shedded more body fat but i am sooooo much flatter. I’m self coached and less than 2 weeks out. Will my carb up during peak week get me back or do you think my deficit is too much and I should up calories from now until the show?
Hey y’all. Officially just under 2 weeks out for first men’s physique show (also self-coached). Bouncing around the idea of giving myself a smaller refeed probably just 2 rice cakes and a serving of cream of rice just to see what an extra 60ish grams of carbs would give me by the morning. Currently at 130g carbs per day so just trying to gauge how many carbs I should ramp up to during peak week next week. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Currently on month 6 of prep so happy for this shit to be over lol. Should I put my head down and keep grinding or give myself some carbs?
Currently just under 3 weeks out. Self-coached; 5’4 127.6 lbs 1,366 cal per day. Today I did the last mini refeed of my prep which was the same diet I’ve been eating plus 112g Cinnamon Toast Crunch and 3 lightly salted rice cakes. Felt good to say the least lol. As I suffer the last 2 weeks before peak week…any guidance? My main carb source has been rice cakes and sweet potatoes all prep so I’d like to keep it the same. Prob just gonna add honey to my rice cakes as my main carb up source. I’m not going to change water/sodium at all throughout peak week but I would like to deplete carb sources the first half of the week and slowly ramp up the last 3 days. I know it’s kind of an unknown question since none of you know how my body reacts but I guess I’m looking for advice on how to make it a very boring peak week but also if you guys think me depleting my glycogen storage and ramping up with about 200g per day up until the show still considered a safe peak week. Really not trying to spill over and ruin the prep lol. And yes I know my posing needs to be better I’m working on it. TIA!
Hey everyone! Just looking for some last minutes tips and guidance for the NC exam. I went through superior last year so the last couple weeks have been filled with re-learning everything essentially. I made my own final review on superior that was 200 questions and got an 81% and I also have been using learn test pass where my highest score was a 80% on the national and a 77% on the state. LTP had pretty tough questions so I guess I’m hoping it’s easier tomorrow haha. Any last second topics I should review before tomorrow? I’m probably going to look over agency and contracts before bed tonight and absolutely send it tomorrow. TIA!
Edit: I passed 😎 if you’re taking the NC exam you NEED to get LearnTestPass. Quite literally the only reason I passed. Imo the National was way harder than the state which is simply due to how exact the LTP questions were for the state portion. Good luck everyone!
I’m 4.5 weeks out from my first show and looking for some tips to dial my posing in. Very new to the posing game but I was looking to see if I make any blatant errors so I can polish it up and be ready for my show. Thanks guys
Hello everyone! I am getting ready for my NC exam on August 5th and I saw a lot of comments on this sub about learn test pass and I just got it yesterday and now I am totally overthinking this test. I used Superior school of real estate and their practice tests I easily averaged 80% and on LTP I am averaging 60-65% on both the National and State practice exams. For those who used LTP and passed their exam, should I just keep taking these practice exams and noting what I get wrong until I hopefully succeed?😭 these scores have me nervous!
My first every bodybuilding prep is coming to an end and honestly I feel a little behind lol. I’m a natural competing in a NPC show August 29th. I have no posing experience so that and extra cardio will be on the top of my priority list. How do you think I’ll look so far up against most likely enhanced individuals? I’m competing in MP and I’m 5’4, 133.8lbs eating 1,550cal per day
Hey everyone! Creeping up to my first show on August 29th and honestly feeling a little behind. I still have a decent amount of love handle/lower back fat and I’ve never posed before so honestly that’s my number one priority. I’m competing in men’s physique for the NPC golds gym classic. Any thoughts and brutal honesty is greatly appreciated. Currently at 1,550cal per day and only 30min cardio per day but I’ll be upping it to 45min on August 1st
Looking to get out of the city for a lease or so and whenever I see anything about fort mill apartments, it always seems to be about how good of a community Kingsley is. Anyone have any insight? The complex from the pictures seems really nice but that’s really every apartment complex around here. And idk if I have trust issues or not but how high the rating is on Google seems weird to me lol. Just looking for any info before I schedule before I take a tour. Thank you!
Hello everyone! I’m moving from south end area to fort mill and I was just curious where I should look at! I hear a lot about Baxter Village and I was just curious what everyone here thought. I’m a 25 year old Army veteran, work in South Park, and just looking for a nice community! Wouldn’t mind the opportunity to mean some new friends as well! Thank you
A part of me wishes the front windows were a bit darker bc of the white leather but damn does tint change the whole car!
So I can’t change the time it just says 12:00 and also how come whenever im using Bluetooth audio and want to skip a song using the skip button on the steering wheel it’ll skip one song then just going back to same songs I was just trying to skip. Is there a way to fix it or are these radios just horrible lol. It’s also a brand new unit just got the car and the old one was replaced bc the touch screen didn’t work
I just got hired as a server and it’s making me choose to elect for the Money Network option and not the direct deposit for my onboarding paperwork. Is that normal or is my form just messed up?
I was just hired and was told to wear black pants, black non slip shoes, and a black long sleeve button down shirt for first day of orientation. Does anyone have some recommendations for brand/stores in general or does it not really matter? I’m a male as well, thank you.
Also do you think there’s actual money to be made? I live in a city and our Cheesecake Factory location is very, very, busy. Thank you for the insight and the recommendations!
Should I purchase a bumper to bumper warranty for $2500 for 60 months coverage? I actually am getting rid of my 2015 jetta se with 150k miles and it’s been great to me that’s why I’m on the fence. I heard these cars are even MORE reliable so any insight would be awesome!
My AC was fine just yesterday but this morning I noticed it wasn’t working properly. Usually when I’m just idling I’ll turn on the AC and the RPMs will usually jump up a tad but now it doesn’t. Does this seem like a bad compressor or just needing a recharge? It has 145k miles
Edit: RPMs did jump up when I put ac on
Hello everyone! So I currently rent in Charlotte but I’ll be moving to fort mill to start college. I’m a veteran looking to use my va home loan and was curious if anyone can give insight about how rentals do over there. I’ll be buying the house to live in but I know I won’t stay in fort mill forever haha. Pretty green to real estate stuff so any insight would be awesome
Hello everyone! I’m a 25 year old Army vet who’s been out for 1.5 years (no clearance anymore sadly) who is still just trying to figure it out you could say. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been deep diving into the different companies and I’ve been hooked. I’m going to be starting college this fall and was just curious if a normal business degree would be okay for applications. I’m interested in working in operations as a specialist/analyst and was curious if I had my degree along with certs like sec+ and maybe CAPM would help me get in the hiring process. I was an 11b if that means absolutely anything. Thank you very much for any and all feedback.
