So I’m trying to manifest my Sp. Let’s call him P. We reconnected after 3 years . The spark and intensity was still there . But we are in different cities and I have had a major setback at work . I share my problems . He is sympathetic . Even promises to help . But has done nothing concrete. I once confronted him and said he isn’t doing enough . He said his hands are genuinely tied and he can’t help me with a position in his organisation . I want to believe him but I also don’t believe him if you know what I mean . In my head I’m like here is this guy I want to spend my life with and if he isn’t moving heaven and hell for me then what’s the point . But I want him and I want him to change , how do I manifest this ? What inner thoughts and mental diet ? What should be the exact words of my inner dialogue . Coz I want him but I’m also just so upset and angry with him for not being the version I want him to be . This has sent me down a spiral . Iv cried . I feel nothing ever works out for me . It’s just been very hard. Can anyone help me plz.

Hi I have been trying to manifest my SP. The movement is slow and on days it’s hard to ignore the 3 D. But now I’m faced with another challenge . Because of the delay , because of my expectations from Jim not being fulfilled I’m feeling deep anger towards him. In my head I’m arguing with him. Justifying my anger / coming up with instances that make me even more angry and resentful. Any tips on how to stop this . Because I feel with so much pent up anger I’m pushing him away. Which is the opposite of what I want to manifest . Plz help me with what sort of thoughts / practices I should do in such a situation .

Just a request - plz don’t comment with why do you want to manifest an SP you are angry with . I’m beyond it now . I want him and he is the SP I want to manifest .

I know I’m in lack right now. I know I’m not in the state . I’m aware. But I’m really really exhausted and crying and hopeless. If anyone you could just say something encouraging or kind or share a tip plz . Really in dumps at the moment .

We all ofcourse have the best intentions to keep ourself aligned and manifest and be positive but there are days when things overwhelm , the 3D becomes too much to process and we fall back into old patterns . What is the best way to get back on track ? Any tips ? Suggestions . Like I have been manifesting my Special person and things were smooth but last 2-3 days I seem to have lost my path again. Fears have cropped in , I am second guessing myself . What can I do / think for immediate energy shift ?
