Please help me with my tajin
I’m a half moroccan woman who grew up with my non moroccan side. Now that Im an adult i’ve been playing catchup with learning this part of my culture.
My husband, who is moroccan, loves my food. Ive been cooking tajin almost every night because its easy not to many dishes blah blah blah. My problem is my onions always burn It doesnt matter how much oil or water or how low I leave the fire…. I always have burned onions. My husband doesn’t complain… but for me its so embarrassing. The first time i made a tajin with his mom theres nothing burnt everything is perfect so why am i having issues now????
