I know it’s been said but I wish we could change our pets’ names, especially now that so many people have one names default I think it should be an option.

I have one I really regret. My tiger snake is named Eden. I named her that because I was thinking of a beautiful garden and she’s my cottagecore queen (Nara Smith vibes). I didn’t consider that she’s a snake and now I realize it can be considered religious commentary because of those implications. I emailed Webkinz with my concerns, but they said it’s not considered inappropriate and won’t be changed.

I have OCD so ever since I realized this it’s been a struggle and a worry for me to play with her in “public” online. I’m trying to get over it because I want her to be my cooking competition pet.

What names do you regret?

Does anyone have a special plush or select few and treat them basically as real pets? Login to take care of them, very small family, etc?

A bit of a rant.

Many who know me in this community know my all time favourite pet is the original cheeky cat. I have advocated to bring this pet back for years now to no avail, and while I say it’s so everyone can have the chance to own this pet (which is true), I have to admit part of it is selfishness

With all the glitches and banning that happens in Webkinz world sometimes I get anxiety just logging on. I worry about losing my favourite pet because I’d never be able to replace her the way I could with a common pet. It makes the experience less enjoyable for me.

It’s so frustrating to know that any day I could login and lose my account over a glitch not in my control and then because for some reason Ganz has never re-released this pet I would never get adopt a new one and see her smile or blow me a kiss again.

I just wish Ganz would realize how much these pets mean to us.

Does anyone have a list of episodes that centre around toys?

Does anyone else have a lot of pets but really only play with a few?

I feel a bit bad admitting it, but I usually keep most of my pets asleep so they don’t make requests and play with my cheeky cat, gold and white cat, and pig.

I do play with my other pets from time to time, but not regularly

What type of furby would be best for someone that wants a toy that can be cared for and treated sort of like a pet?

I remember as a kid begging and writing Ganz to make a lil’kinz cheeky cat. I am now lucky enough to own the original, but sometimes I still yearn for an official lil’kinz orange cheeky cat and think about what it would’ve looked like as a plush. Such a missed opportunity for Ganz imho

Do you all think there’s a chance Webkinz could become popular among kids like it once was? Will we ever see an extravaGANZa again?

Even if they aren’t.

For me it’s when people take pictures/videos of their screens instead of screenshots, very unprofessional Webkinz photography, and hand drawn Webkinz fan art (on paper)

My full size white terrier (bought in 2007) has a darker pink bow than my lil’kinz (bought on eBay a few years ago)

Is this difference for the regular vs lil’kinz, or did the bow colour change in later years?

Is that we will get a doll that is into environmentalism and preserving nature. But with Mattel’s love of AI that probably won’t happen :(
