[Interesting trope] for how futuristic and sleek/rugged the technology looks, it actually has a fleshy inside

When a piece of technology be it a building, vehicles, robots, weapons, etc looks like it was made of inorganic stuff actually has a fleshy interior so not really the flesh biopunk like in Scorn

  1. The Unum and possibly by extension, the rest of the Orokin towers

In Warframe, the Unum is or rather, was one of many Orokin towers that was built on earth by the Orokin as a sanctuary during the Old War, last one to stay standing after the war on earth in fact however despite the exterior of the Unum being a glistening tower of white marble, it actually has flesh and blood inside its walls which the Ostrons on the nearby Cetus would periodically harvest to feed themselves you can actually see them transporting a chunk of freshly harvested flesh from the Unum when you first arrive on Cetus and who knows if other Orokin towers we see elsewhere like in the void missions also has fleshy insides

  1. Evangelion units

You might expect a giant metal robot with mechanical and electrical components inside but nope it's all the cultured flesh of an angel mixed in with cybernetics that contains the consciousness of a dead person as EVA-01 itself actually has Shinji's mom's soul in its core and is revealed to have been cloned from Lilith

  1. Quite a lot of stuff in Ultrakill

A lot of the machines built for the Final War utilizes biological matter, mostly in the form of blood as its fuel so that they can stay operational because of the carnage they caused is directly transformed into energy, requiring next to no downtime for refueling however in order to facilitate the blood to fuel pipeline, they needed to have a lot organs put inside of them such as the Earthmovers having a very prominent fleshy interior and although it hasn't been confirmed in-game, Hakita has stated that since V1 shared many internal designs to the Earthmovers, it is very possible it also got those fleshy bits underneath the armor as the reason it went to hell is because hungry

Might not be a worthwhile news but I managed to recover my old SAO:IF transfer code and the account associated with it

Made the account back in 2018 and played it a lot with my middle school friends until I changed phones in 2020 when the phone itself started to fail ans the SD card containing the transfer code screenshot can't be read by the new phone and I assume the screenshot and thus the account is lost

Managed to get a friend to help with recovering files from the unreadable SD card and found out the files are still intact even though the SD card still can't be read on either of our phones and although first order of business was to recover some old files I immediately tried entering the code and password from the recovered screenshot and boy I am happy to have this acc back

Imma say it now and will again in the future: TGC doesn't know how to make or run a game

Slightly inaccurate given that they made Journey, Flow and Flower before sky, but the people who worked on those games weren't in TGC anymore save for Jenova Chen and those three were absolute gem of video games

Now look at their supposed magnum opus in Sky, does this game look like it's built with a coherent vision as in following its original design being a cozy social game? Does this game feel like it's being maintained in a good way? Does it communicate its intentions in its design in a comprehensible way? Is it fun to even play the game?

I'd wager there's some yes and no as answers within those questions but it has been shown that TGC has definitely lost it they no longer know how to "correctly" maintain or design their game anymore as shown with the recent Aviary update or the various shitshow within Aviary as a whole

Seems like they kept changing Aviary for the sake of changing without the changes having any sort of direction or track to a finalized design even if the place was meant to be updated for as long as the game runs it doesn't feel like it have any sort of direction on what to do to what is already there even if they're aiming to get as close as possible to the concept and beta version, just like TGC making their stuff willy-nilly with seemingly barely any planning they know what they want but have next to no idea where to go or how to take it to realize the plans they already have

[Despised Trope] Retcons so stupid that people tried to mental block the media altogether

#Rey's origin

She went from a nobody girl pushing up beyond her weight on a galaxy at war to the secret granddaughter of Palpatine making her akin to a second chosen one not only does this cheapens her background but also derides Anakin's role as the actual chosen one, pinnacle of the Jedi, and champion of the light side and even when he is the chosen one, he had to earn it through training and prove the expectations the Jedi had put on him even though he failed to attain it meanwhile Rey somehow becomes all the Jedi because she's a granddaughter of Palpatine while she clearly hasn't put in enough effort to even be worthy of that title and people have been trying to ignore the existence of the entirety of the sequel trilogy as a whole especially Rise of Skywalker

#The nature of Kaguya and the Otsutsuki as a whole

Naruto originally presented the story of the Otsutsuki as descendants of Kaguya Otsutsuki who ascended after eating a fruit from the Divine Tree making her the first ever user of chakra in the world to stop the endless wars that have been ravaging the world but later in Boruto it is revealed that the Otsutsuki were some kind of alien race who travels from one world to another in order to consume the chakra as their sustenance as it yet again cheapens their origin and destroys any kind of mysticism they have. I might be misremembering some stuff here and it's because I have been mentally blocking this specific part of Naruto for years but parts of the community have also been actively trying to mental block it and some extends it to Boruto as a whole

#Cybertronians were always on earth

In the movie series the Cybertronians or the Transformers and the Autobots to be specific came into earth in 2007 and aside from some stragglers, they were here for the very first time and had to adapt to how humans work and live, becoming robots in disguise as vehicles or other objects with more than meets the eye but later in The Last Knight they're revealed to have been here all along working with people way before 2007 like Optimus here being in Waterloo or Bumblebee and Hot Rod working with the allies in World War II the problem here being this theme has been used before in the series being ancient primes having a war here, and Sentinel and the Ark on the moon and the reason why those two worked while this one doesn't is that the era of the primes were old enough and far back in time e enough that the Cybertronians can realistically forget their connection to earth through time while Sentinel's escape aboard the Ark was during a chaotic war and nobody but him and perhaps his inner circle knows he made a deal with Megatron to enslave humanity in order to restore Cybertron it is very believable that the Autobots never found or have stopped hoping to find him and them finding out their previous leader was on the moon believing it to be a happenstance of an infinitesimally unlikely scenario makes it a very interesting premise and TLKs retcon to those has made the community to believe that there's nothing after DOTM
