So what's happened originally I'm on my green Ps driving home from the gym and I get pulled over by cops for using car play, this is going to cause me to lose all my points.
What I'm going to do is that I'm going to challenge it by saying the public transport is not reliable at all where I live (it isn't). I drive my siblings to school, I'm a full time student and I need my car to get to and from work.
And then literally on my way home from a friend's place I go past a speed camera going roughly 80 in a 60 zone. The only reason I saw the Mobile speed camera was because one of the signs was facing the right way after the car itself and then there wasn't any car after the fact.
I did a U-turn to check and there was definitely a mobile speed camera with the first sign facing the opposite way so I had no prior warning of the mobile speed camera. However there was the sign on top of the car which I must have missed which I have no clue how.
Mind you this was in the dead of night on a road that definitely didn't seem like a 60 with no other cars.
But now this has happened is it even worth challenging the 3 month ban from the previous offence or can I even challenge the second offence at all.
Please any help is needed even telling me there's no hope.

So I'm doing a diploma of counselling at TAFE nsw and this all starts when at the end of term 1 i ask when we are coming back from holidays which she gave me and my classmates the wrong day so we lost 2 classes
During the this term there where 2 public holidays and she was sick and didn't attend class for 5 separate days. So in total we've missed out on 9 classes.
Now the due date for assignments is tomorrow and I've been staying up trying to get these done and I know that I'm not going to be able to. Is there anything i can do.
And I'm being completely transparent here it wasn't completely her fault I have also been slacking off and have had my own stuff going on but how the hell are we supposed to submit content that we've only been taught 50% of.

I've always liked the idea of me going to the gym getting my dream body and getting a really good body tattoo that suits my build that I achieve.
I've seen designs online that look incredible but how do people come up with them
Like I'm obviously not going to find a picture of a full body tattoo online go up to the artist and be like "Do that but for me"
And definitely not gonna do an Ai tattoo which I've seen someone I know do before and will never do that to myself.
Do I ask the tattoo artist themselves if so what should I ask them. And what should I look out for
PS I don't plan on this being my first tattoo but I don't plan on having alot of tattoos in between and I don't plan on doing this any time soon.
So i bought a VW polo 2018 model, for some reason they couldn't transfer the 3 month rego from the previous owner so they said they would reimburse 3 months worth of rego when its due next.
I bought 12 months rego and i emailed the receipt to the dealer he says that since it was 12 months rego and we said they owed me 3 months of rego he would have to talk to his boss.
It's been almost 2 weeks and nothing has come from it.
My plan of action was to calculate how much 3 months rego would actually cost say thats how much they owe me and if it isn't done by this thursday i will contact the ACCC.
But i have no clue how to calculate this, i've gotten so far as to get the 3 months worth of rego which was $99 but all the greenslip calculators only give me the option of 6 or 12 months of rego and I'm worried im doing it wrong or missing something.
I'm young I'm new to doing this myself which i feel is why the dealer isn't taking the initiative because they'll think i won't myself. Which i will do if i can find out how to calculate what 3 months rego would have costed on my car which for some reason i finding really difficult.
Any advice is welcome
