I'm shopping for a used Samsung phone. As I understand it, Samsung has bloatware preinstalled, but major carriers also install bloatware. I'm on Page Plus (Verizon network) and need an unlocked phone. So, I need a factory unlocked phone, not a carrier unlocked phone, to avoid the carrier bloatware? I'm struggling because most phones I'm finding don't disclose if they are factory unlocked or carrier unlocked. Any way to avoid the Samsung bloatware? As far as I can tell Samsung apps can't be uninstalled from my current phone.

Aliexpress is offering me a coupon as compensation for an order they can't refund. I've been back and forth with them many times and the won't tell me the terms of the coupon. Has anyone gotten one of these coupons? How long do I have to use it? One time they said it can be "like cash". Does that mean it is actually a shopping credit? Normally coupons can't be used with other coupons or as a payment method like cash.

Anyone know if I can earn the 5% cashback from Paypal for using my Paypal debit card and earn Rakuten cashback on the same purchase?

I received an email that Ali won't be refunding me for an item I already returned after they provided a label, approved the refund and everything! Apparently the seller doesn't have enough money to cover the refund. How likely will I be banned for opening a Paypal dispute? I order quite often so that wouldn't be good.

I skipped milestone level 180 by mistake. My level 9 VIP order delivery was too powerful, I guess. Now I'm stuck because both my board and inventory are full, the board didn't go into temp storage, and I don't have the new generators and crates. What do I do? I tried restarting the game. I think I skipped a milestone level once before but it didn't get stuck like this....

And while I'm here, I noticed that my pre-milestone level did not give easy orders like it normally does. Anyone else? Or does it just stop giving easy orders once you reach a certain level?

I have to return an item with significant defects. The seller posted a message to the return case AND messaged me directly asking for an unboxing video to show the item arrived with defects and I didn't damage it myself. Fair enough. I have one. But Ali already approved the return before I could send it. It seems unnecessary now.

Should I send it anyway (through normal messages - can't add to the return case anymore)? If I do will it help or hurt my chances of getting a refund? I'm afraid the video quality is a little unclear, but I don't want them to think I'm hiding anything by not sending it.

Also, how can I send it? I don't think you can upload large files?

Item value is around $75 if that matters. Ali has always given me refunds without putting up a fight, but this costs probably double anything I tried to return before. I expect them to be less willing to refund.

Yeah, I know Choice is supposed to have tariffs included, but I'm specifically asking about oversize orders that are UPS (or even FedEx or DHL). I've heard UPS is double charging (non-Ali) orders, like even though it was sent DDP they are still sending tariff bills. Specifically for Ali orders, I don't know if Ali does the importing then passes to UPS for delivery, or if UPS does importing and delivery both? I've been avoiding large orders because of this, but I may have a situation where it is unavoidable.
