now this set buffs both skill and ult, and stacking condition is using skill, and stack gets removed upon turn or ult.

afaik phainon's extra actions in ult don't really count as a "turn".

2 cycle isn't the craziest performance but is much better than i expected in basically her worst case scenario of not many kills, it's still possible to 2 cycle without the RM LC but kinda rng.

sustain welt is actually quite potent, if you get an imaginary break they pretty much get delayed to oblivion as you can see by kafka she didn't even get a single turn, in fact you can actually go entire run hitless except very 1st one, but i needed the hit energy for bobin.

i also just got robin's e2 from the golden selector which *almost fixes her energy issues and lets you drop DDD for offensive LC.
