Low effort recipes for depressed person?

CW: meat and animal products mentioned.

I'm thinking on slowly embracing vegan lifestyle. During my normal days, if I'm not provided with made meal, I'm eating stuff like sandwiches made of just sausages and bread or simply some sweets. I can eat like this for months, and I'm not joking. I wonder if I can look for something of at least about same calories and stuff. I have huge problems with consuming oily, slimy and chili-like spicy products. It's alright if recipes take a bit more time and effort than just cutting products and serving them, but I'm really not sure if they will be practical for me BUT I'm still very grateful for any provided ones.

How thin cat eyes can go.

I just saw my cat gazing into the window from my lap and thought I'd take a picture of this and post because I feel like there's a big opportunity to represent how cat eyes work (I've almost never seen as much pics of cats with thin pupils as of cats with dilated pupils). It's so cool to see and learn about such a difference in our anatomy lol.

My cat is a lil' bit dusty, sorry.

(I'm sorry if this post is messy, ask me to clarify anything if needed)

Can there be bottom surgery reasoning which won't be swept under internalized misogyny?

I'm seeing lots of various opinions on things and stuff surrounding various parts of transition. However, I hadn't really seen discussions about hrt, surgeries, so on without considering those of trans only issue or sweeping those as specicifically trans issue.

I'm thinking on some surgery to expose other parts of my clitoris, so that not only glans would be available for direct stimulation. That's not a decision that I'm going to make in the near future, but one that I'm thinking on for after a long time away from now (I'm fully fledged 21 y.o. afab).

I'm continuously being dismissed on my wondering because I also feel some other stress/dysphoria which by some reason means that I have internalized misogyny (though I believe misogyny towards oneself would be a better term because those can be hugely different from how a person actually feels about women (as in some cases ofpression where a person judges themselves by standards they don't apply to others), and also because outside of trans discussions it has completely much broader meaning which includes existing appliance of sexism towards others), which, yk, may be or may not be true, who knows.

As an example (started to happen in summer of 2025), as of recently I started feeling dysphoric about wearing clothes that don't make me androgynous or masculine presenting. Not something that's always there, but flairs occasionally (i.e. all few dresses that I own currently). I also 100% have gender schema since very early in my life (like 4-5 y.o., from what I CAN remember), which, of course, has been changing with years as I learned more and more. Didn't think of myself as of certain gender, so more like androgynous-typed with slight leaning towards cross-sex-typed. I'm aego (attraction can be experienced only towards fictional characters) aroace (aego is under umbrella of aroace, I don't experience attraction towards people in real life, on of the reasons is definitely my huge traumas, which maybe cannot be resolved, I dunno). I also experience dysphoria (I wouldn't call it gender dysphoria though) about my vagina and uterus, though it's more because those can be used for violating me and I simply have too much of trust issues that even thinking of using those causes me big stress.

I'm living fine otherwise, as long as I don't revisit thinking about me having those stuff at all, just a bit non-conforming folk, because why the hell is hugging a stranger is so often done towards women and/or by women, I'm too avoidant for that lol. It also doesn't help that I can't even get any access for gender-affirming care because I'm in Russia, so no proper self-discovery under guidance for me:(

Good rubbery cheese recommendations.

I often see that people who have had experience with homemade cheese usually prefer very hard cheese with really creamy texture that comes out once it melt in mouth, and I've also seen that people generally refer to store rubbery cheese as "low-quality" (but I dunno if it's because it's from those big manufacturers, if it's because it's rubbery, or because of both). The problem is that I'm a person who grown in young town (was made from scratch in the second half of 20th century) and, because of that and it's placement far from any farms and similar stuff, I got my taste buds built to like store rubbery cheese. Are there any actual cheese types that can be rubbery? I don't want to name any of store cheese types because I don't think those exist out of my country. I find even Maasdam creamy, but that's just me being too picky, but I really like it's taste. If there's no such thing as good rubbery cheese, I understand, then it's just me liking junk food I guess.

UPD: Thanks everyone for suggestions!!! I'll go through every single one of them.

Advices for looking for recipes with wine.

I have few sweet wines that I'm thinking on using for cooking instead of just consuming (even though I want to, but I am refusing because I'm taking medications). What stuff in recipes evaporates up to/gets rid off and leaves/in the end contain 0,5/0,05% of alcohol? I would love ideas for desserts, but any other food is fine except for mild and above spicy (specifically chili pepper spicy, not black pepper nor ginger spicy because those latter ones are alright), because I'm too much of a snowflake for that (I don't eat hot food too, but I can always wait for food to cool down). If my listed wants are unachievable, then any easy for newbies recipes with sweet wine is very appreciated too.

What's good to get from accessories from anniversary?

I checked just a few of them from spells but I'm honestly not sure if I feel like any of them are funnier to use than firework wands. SOOO I need everyone's opinions, because I still want to attribute a bit to the anniversary anyway. Every opinion is very much appreciated!🙏✨️

Looking for a term

Tw/cw: gender dysphoria, genitalia, some descriptions of sex

So, I'm still figuring myself out (21 y.o., afab, aroace). I have some gender dysphoria about myself, so I'm looking for a term that I can use to describe myself. Basically, there's a lot of things that I associate myself with that aren't of my current physiology and aren't of conforming to feminine stereotypes. Despite that, I don't consider "trans[masc/man]" as a proper way to describe it, because I also currently strongly associate with being agender (because putting myself into thinking of certain stuff as "feminine" and "masculine" brings me dysphoria, though first one does it the most, and assignment of myself to any big group ("man" and "woman") is dysphoric as well (both about the same)). I was looking at butch afab people and I feel very connected with how they represent themselves, but I see that this term has strong connections to attraction to sapphic people and also comforting to lesbian community as a whole, so I don't want to use this term even though I like it so much. Does anyone have any alternative term?

Explaining further on my dysphoric/euphoric feelings (in case that helps):

I feel gender euphoria when I look at my face and my hairstyle makes me look like a young man from ancient greek statues. I'm dysphoric about my genitals. I'm dysphoric that I had to go through female puberty and not male puberty, as results I feel especially dysphoric about my height, my silhouette, my chest, that my inability to compete with men became worse (before puberty hit I was able to compete and be better than many men, but during puberty not only I hit my plateau in sports development, but also I wasn't able to even get to try to those men's levels because I didn't get those testosterone levels they did). Now I feel in a position that even if I will transition, I would still not be the man I wanted to be, that I just don't have that opportunity at all. I also feel dysphoria from my genitals because they aren't what I need them to be: I want to be able to caress much more of my clitoris, not just it's head. And thinking about receiving penetration makes me cry, but I don't know if it's dysphoria from having certain genitals or if it's sort of like trauma from seeing how women are treated in porn and also that I don't have penis (I am thinking of something like phalloplasty with keeping my vagina). I feel dysphoric that my hips move a lot when walking (because they are wide enough compared to my body so it's more visible, as in many women). I feel just dysphoric (not in gender dysphoric way) about my whole body as result of all above-mentioned and kind of practice distancing myself (my mind) from it (a physical state I'm forced to be in).

People leaving before extraction.

So I have this thing that people leave the session right after they ring the bell. I don't know if it's a bug or intentional choice. Can anyone tell me please?
