I'm seriously considering joining Ramindu Randeni's Leadership Academy, and I wanted to check if anyone here has actually attended any of his previous batches or knows someone who has.

A few things I'm curious about:

• Is the content genuinely valuable, or is it more hype/motivation talk?
• How's the delivery – is it practical, actionable, and well-structured?
• Is it worth the fee?
• Who is this really for? (I'm from the construction field, will it match for me since he seems more like a sales coach?)
• Any red flags – pushy upsells, overpromising, or fluff?

I know Ramindu has a solid reputation, corporate client list, 100K+ YouTube subs. But I'd love to hear from real participants, not just promotional content.

If you've attended any batch, please share your honest experience. That would be super helpful.
