Mira Monitor - " Peak + 4" What does that mean? Confused when fertile window is over (TTA)

Using Mira monitor, is day 4 after LH peak fertile, or infertile? I am confused what Peak + 4 means for day 4.

Also, if pdg rises 4 days after peak, does that confirm infertile that day?

UPDATE: If you use period time (like CD1 to CD5) to avoid waiting till last 7 to 10 days of cycle for infertile days, is there any menstrual cup that works decent?

Ex-trad - am I welcome here?

I was sponsored in trad community and got baptized at the Easter vigil. But due to significant, very painful medical condition, told priest I cannot do NFP. He told me then I am ineligible for sacraments. So, I told him then what is point of joining if I am excluded, it's like never fully joining to begin with, so I withdrew from parish roll and told him I quit. Been bedbound for months anyway since then, after trying to do what I was told to do. Now I could not go to church if I wanted to. To spectate, not participate. What a mess attempting this has been. I feel so much physical pain and suffering, emotional pain, feels like an existential crisis. Not the joy I expected at all. End vent.

Can I continue to be catholic?

I converted at the Easter vigil from a very bible based denomination. If, after months of studying, I simply do not believe in the writings of Thomas Aquinas, his natural law, or the absolute prohibition against contraception (except apparently the pill to "treat" acne or cramps), if after extreme diligence I simply cannot believe these teachings in my conscience, can I continue as a catholic? Should I quit? Am I a fake catholic? I wish I researched these matters before baptism. Wdyt?

Is this pelvic floor spasming?

I have dull achey pain in my upper vagina and pelvic area, and it feels like theres tremorring or trembling deep inside somewhere but I cannot pinpoint where. Near my cervix maybe? It makes me feel urge to urinate almost like a UTI. But my urine tests fine. Vaginal valium suppositories give relief, but what else can I do? Is there a well-known yoga pose or something to make this stop? help.

Told priest I am leaving church

I did it, I told the priest at my parish that I quit. I only was catholic for 3 months I suppose. If 50-something women cannot participate fully at catholic mass unless we are open to having more children, in our 50s (!!), this sounds like a death cult. My life has value, so I must save my life and health, and my marriage, and I left. So I guess this is my new home, the "excatholic" subreddit. Hello! Where do old ladies with periods go from here? Any church suggestions who welcome us?

Second thoughts after baptism

I got baptized and confirmed at the Easter vigil but was unaware of how rigid the prohibition on contraception was. I am in my 50s with significant gynecological and neurologic issues. I asked a priest at my parish about contraception and he was pretty smug like yeah, thats not allowed. Go be chaste.

I converted from a religion centered around making the healthiest choices (adventist) from medical points of view. From where I come from, it feels impossible to chose something that is medically ill-advised. I told my sponsor that unfortunately, I simply don't believe god would want me to harm my body or, god forbid, die, or live in a celibate marriage.

I am no longer comfortable going to confession over and over again explaining I don't believe I sinned, but the church thinks I did, so here is my confession for a sin that I don't believe in. And I am also not confortable with being excluded from participating at church service like I wear a scarlet letter or like an excluded spectator.

So, due to my age (50s) and serious medical issues, I am no longer open to procreate. I guess I made a mistake, we aren't a match. If I stop attending mass and ask to be removed from the parish list, will I be considered "excommunicated?" If so, does that mean I can never return after I reach menopause?
