Does the AI just stop building stuff at some point or how can one explain these numbers?

Like I (National-communism Germany) didn't even do anything special/cheating, I just build some offices until I could rest easy & switch to bare taxes and still watch the green number go up.

Any settings/mods to improve the allies performance?

I like this game alot, but there is something that bothers me: My team never wins. Even if I Set up a configuration to give my Team superior Equipment and vehicles, even if the numbers are like 100(us) vs. 75 bots; my team always fails to capture and hold points and I can't be everywhere at the Same time. I understand that the enemy needs some kind of buff to compensate for the absence of a player, but I am really not that good. Are there any settings I might have overlooked or any mods to improve this situation?
