I am wanting to make summer blankets for myself and the kids to have in our camper as the nights can get a little cool. Definitely thinking cotton but still want it to be easily washed. Want it to work up pretty quick ideally in squares to be joined and not be super yarn hungry. Any recommendations on yarn or even stitches that work well for cotton.
I have been on a medical weight loss journey and so far have lost 20kgs. I have started also working on moving my body more. My goal is to either walk or cycle for 30min a day and do some bodyweight strengthening but have no idea where to start. I want to make sure i am working all the areas i should be. And also what stretches are good for after.

I am a single mum to two F4 and M1. My only income is from SPP, FTB A&B and child support. I am looking at Kindy for my daughter for next year. From what I can tell tell as my income is under the set amount and I would be eligible for 90% for the 2 days I would send her even though I am not working or have any ‘activity hours’.
