So I had my train departure from MMCT at 11 and i reached the station at 8:30-9 because i came to Mumbai in the morning and had to go back at night so did not really anywhere.

This might be really childish but i play this game called Bitlife where a major part is how you earn money and increase net worth and one of the ways is buying real estate on loan and putting it on rent for an amount higher than the EMI you pay on it and enjoying excess income and capital appreciation

Although the game is quite unrealistic obviously, i was wondering can this at some level be possible in a country like India?

This kind of arbitration is possible in USA where i as an early 20s guy with a decent COBIL can probably buy a house on loan with required down payment at an early age and put it on a rent that covers it even exceed my EMI, thus generating income as well as proper capital appreciation

Is something similar possible in India to arbitrage EMI payments against opposite income and create an asset in the meantime considering how retail yields are so low in India?

I don’t think he will but if he does, I’ll be glad to see how he feels after fucking over millions of loyal fans going upto 10 years back for current 10 year old kids’ brainrot content 🙏

I’ve been a fan since 2017… I always tried to support him even through his Twitter controversies and all his hate for his music and ego but not anymore

I really hate him and the team for what they did, they could have arranged a proper farewell video with the boys and announced his goodbye in such a better way

Just a statement by Huang and the whole company is trading with a return that investors dream of within 2-3 years in a single day

I understand that Huang is a very prominent figure and the CEO of one of the biggest companies in the world but this level of speculation going on is insane

People did not even care to analyse whether this is a pumping manipulation or whether the company is fundamentally good or anything…. Just because one big CEO said something….. people run to buy it
